College athletics are a mess and the fault is on the NCAA. Florida is keeping Billy Napier and this matters locally because there were rumors Jedd Fisch would leave for that spot if it opens up. Corbin Smith, Seahawks Maven and Locked on Seahawks tells Ian the Seahawks are rightfully ranked at the bottom of the NFC West.
