Why are Millennials so ‘messed up’?  How are we going to develop them into future leaders?

* There’s nothing really wrong with them.  They are a product of certain values.   They are still the future, and they are uniquely qualified to succeed as leaders as we shift away from centralized, big-box models of business and art.

* We have to care.  They need good information and good mentors

* We have to show them how to lock into their purpose, and then to foster the mindsets and habits that our institutions have failed to teach them

What Causes Procrastination, Performance Anxiety, and Lack of Confidence.   Fear.  It’s hideously destructive….How can you understand it so you can master and eliminate it?

* It’s not all ‘in your head’.  Fear is very real.

* Your fears serve a biological function that no longer makes sense.  But your mind doesn’t know that - so nothing ever changes.

* You have to get awareness around your fear, and there are simple techniques to help you do that.

* Like any other skill, at first you will have to push through it until you see some results, which will drive you to keep getting better

You struggle with creativity.  Sometimes nothing comes.  What do you do to get reliable inspiration, and how do you get great, fresh ideas?

* Your attitude manifests in your physical and emotional responses to the world, which then changes how others react to you

* As the world changes in response to you, your mind conforms what it hopes to be true, and the belief thrives and powers your growth

What is the one thing you can do that will immediately improve your creativity and success?

* Ship early, ship often. Force yourself into a regular production schedule that will eliminate procrastination and kill ‘writer’s block'

* Write for the Wastebasket - don’t expect any one of your ideas/performances/products to be game changers. Just put your product out there.

* Don’t miss an opportunity to to measure performance with metrics and feedback to figure out what works

* Learn as you go.

Does every person really have a purpose? What do I need a vision for?

* Everyone has a purpose, and its supposed to be different than everyone else's

* The secret to life is to create things that add value, meaning or enjoyment to the world. To contribute to something bigger than yourself.

* To exist outside your purpose is live life out of alignment with your nature

How can i become one of those fearless people who kicks ass at everything they do? There’s so much advice on how to become more confident - but none of it really works for me.

* The secret is in the word ‘become’. You have to change who you are.

* It starts with having a clear and unshakeable vision that is selfless and authentic

* From there, you can go at your own speed, finding opportunities to knock down fear and build confidence that suit your risk and comfort levels

* Innoculation through Exposure - keep doing things that scare you.

Whether at surface level, or buried way deep down, you feel not good enough. Like a fraud, an imposter, a hack. What you might not how is how disastrous this is - and how many promising careers it consumes. How can you recognize and control it, and use its energy to your advantage?
