Shakuntala Thilsted is the Director of Nutrition, Health and Food Security Impact Area Platform at CGIAR. CGIAR supports and develops research and innovation in food, land, and water systems to create a sustainable, climate-resilient world. Shakuntala was also awarded the 2021 World Food Prize for her research and insights into developing holistic, nutrition-sensitive approaches to aquatic food systems.
