Clinton Cole caught up with White Sox right-hander Tyler Johnson, who worked his way back from injury last year and totaled just over 31 innings before participating in the Arizona Fall League. Gavin Sheets also joined the show, as the left-handed slugger was ticketed for Triple-A for the first time in his career prior to the season's shutdown.
