  • Three Man Weave - Best Team Of All Time, All-Star Debate, A Rainy 3-In-A-Row

What a weekend for Dublin football!

It's the final Three Man Weave of the inter-county season, and it ends, as it does every year with Dublin as double All-Ireland champions.

This week, the lads discuss what makes this Dublin's men's team the best we've ever seen play the game. They analyse the performances that and look in detail at exactly what went wrong for Kerry.

The lads have a heated debate about what the future holds for the Dubs and whether they will soon suffer the dreaded "transitional phase".

Maurice, Mark, and Mick also finalise our Rolling All-Stars team and picks their players of the year.

They discuss another massive day at Croke Park yesterday, where the weather didn't stop 56,000 attendees or the Dubs from making it three-in-a-row.

    What a year.

  • The Buildup GAA - Dublin/Kerry Predictions, Galway In Long Grass For Dublin?

The Buildup is our new weekly podcast, with Ladbrokes, where we preview all the major sporting action for the weekend ahead. We'll be building the hype, whetting the appetite and making some bold predictions for everything that's happening.

This is the Gaelic Games section of the show where we make our picks for the All-Ireland Football Replay between Dublin and Kerry. Mark, Mick and Maurice talk about how they see the game going and if the five-in-a-row will be safe... or could it even be another draw??

We also look ahead to another huge day at Croke Park on Sunday with three All-Ireland finals taking place in Ladies' Football. In the senior game, Dublin are almost unbackable favourites, but Maurice thinks Galway might be a bit underrated heading into the game, and Dublin look to secure three-in-a-row.

If you want to listen to the entire show, which includes Kevin Doyle looking ahead to the football weekend, Jason Quigley on Fury Vs.  Wallin this weekend, and our NFL picks, subscribe to The Buildup on Balls.ie podcast feed or the general Balls.ie feed.
