My clients sometimes ask me for personal loans to help them over a financial hump during pending law suit. An attorney may provide a client with information about companies that offer non-recourse advance funding and other financial assistance in exchange for an interest in the proceeds of the client’s case if it is in the client’s interests. The attorney may provide factual information about the case to the funding company with the informed consent of the client. Although the attorney may honor the client’s valid written assignment of a portion of the recovery to the funding company...

The terms of the funding agreements offered to clients may not serve the client’s best interests in many instances. South Florida Loyalty to Your Biker Community (Motorcycle) 

There is so much talent in South Florida especially in the Biker Community we sometimes forget to reach out to our own for services and products. We are in this sub-culture group of bikers with our own set of values and convictions even though we are all different. The main-stream looks at us as if we are rebels and anti-socials depicting us as criminals and other such names. We must look among ourselves and support each other business wise. Major Overhaul Changes Coming to 30-Hour Ironman LDR Motorcycle Rally - Plantation Florida(Up-Date)

As you may already know that the 30-Hr Ironman LDR motorcycle Rally is an Iron Butt Association "STYLE" rally. Although we are NOT affiliated with the Iron Butt Association we would like to be. Thus we are making a major overhaul to the run so that in Feb 2020 we can offer this to more riders that LIKE to ride these LDR runs.

Its $100 to register and that buys 2 families a completely cooked Thanksgiving Dinner Turkey, 3-sides and a pie for $50 per family feeding a family of five. The turkey comes cooked so they only have to warm it up. This is through the American Legion Post 180 that works with other posts in South Florida.

How To Hack a An Insurance Settlement Check For Your Wrecked Motorcycle or Vehicle

Many people finally settle the exhausting Property settlement negotiations with the property adjuster of their insurance company or the at fault party's insurance company. Looking how to hack the best value on your bike or  cage: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mRJJ5... 

Insurance companies for some reason, either knowingly or unknowingly, mess with the claimant in my opinion. They will add the repair shop to their insurance settlement case for no legal reason. This also happens when at fault insurance companies send a check to the claimant with their name and the hospital name on same check. This is not right and you must demand nicely that they re-issue the check in your name.  On property damaged motorcycles or cages the insurance company MUST add bank as payee if they have a lien on the bike. The motorcycle is the collateral for the loan and they are trying to make sure you don't take the cash and dump the bike afterwards.
