10 years ago, Gaia Pollini, with her husband John Parkin, and their young twin boys, said ‘F**k It’ to their careers in London and headed to Italy in a camper van to set up a retreat centre.

They soon realised that the phrase ‘F**k It’ was a powerful therapeutic tool in itself, and have since written the bestselling F**k It books and run many ‘F**k It Retreats’ in Italy.

Gaia uses a variety of therapeutic techniques to help people live in a more free and ‘F**k It’ way. She has clients around the world and works with them on her own ‘F**k It Magic Retreats’ in Italy, in weekend events (in London and Galway, for example), and one-to-one (over Skype as well as in person).

She lives by the sea with her family, and spends a lot of time walking on the beach and watching films.
