I was so keen to have on the episode a person I have great respect for and am so curious to speak with about her path on this journey.

Erin is a death doula, grief guide and trauma informed yoga teacher.  Erin  knows in her bones we can do death - before during & after, differently. Erin has a fascination for the way ritual and ceremony allows us to influence the trajectory of grief and advocates for honouring even the 'little deaths' that are simply a part of life.

Currently, Lorraine is a student of shamanism, aiming to delve deeper into the realms of spirituality, consciousness, and healing.
