On a recent Called to Coach, we spoke with Dr. Sangeeta Badal, Gallup's Principal Scientist, Entrepreneurship & Job Creation, about some exciting new research on entrepreneurship that Gallup will be conducting in the late summer and fall and winter of 2019-2020. Dr. Badal detailed how coaches can get involved in this research that involves Gallup's Builder Profile 10, or BP10, assessment -- the deadline for participation has now been extended to September 16, 2019. Our guest host was Todd Johnson, Gallup's Senior Global Channel Leader, Entrepreneurship & Job Creation.

Pia Nazareno-Acevedo from the Philippines. a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach talks about the sacred conversations that a coach engages in, and the importance that a coach knows has a firm grasp on their own CliftonStrengths before coaching others and coaches out of the "overflow" of their strengths. Coach Pia also shared her excitement about the inroads CliftonStrengths and CliftonStrengths coaching is making in her country.

Brandon is CEO of 34 Strong, a strengths-based-development consultancy and has been a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach for over 15 years. Brandon and Analyn talked about the challenges of parenting kids through all stages of life, including adulthood, using a CliftonStrengths-based approach to parenting, and what they've learned about their children and themselves in the process.
