Along with her husband, Jeff Shilanski, USMC/Retired, she co-founded FOB Rasor, a non-profit dedicated to helping and serving veterans suffering from PTSD, addiction, and other mental health challenges.

About CarrieRae: CarrieRae Munson is the founder of Undersummers by CarrieRae, a solution based women’s clothing line, and co-founding director of FOB Rasor Veteran Peer Support Community. She started Undersummers in 2011 out of a need for her own thigh chafing solutions while working as a Speech Language Pathologist in her local school. Undersummers has grown to an internationally recognized leader in thigh chafing prevention shorts for women. With her entrepreneurial skills, she and her husband, GySgt Jeff Shilanski, USMC/Retired, co-founded FOB Rasor a Veteran lead, peer support community to aid veterans in the unseen wounds of war relating to PTSD, addiction, and other mental health challenges in 2021. Undersummers and FOB Rasor are located in Conroe, TX.
In her free time CarrieRae enjoys giving back to the small business community through strategic roundtable groups, recovery community, and spending time with her 3 young adult sons and 4 dogs.
