GameHounds

We had some serious issues, so this is the second of two parts of episode 244.

This show is in two parts due to technical difficulties. This beginning section is much shorter, with the longer section in part 2. Holy Goalie, Edie Sellers, and Nick Dinicola are joined by social-media manager MHawk (aka: Pissboy) to round up the top news of the new year.

It's snowing like heck for some of the GameHounds staff. For others, it's a drought. Good thing there are a ton of games to talk about. And the news, yep, the news.

The GameHounds staff makes the most of the Black Friday talk, with reviews on how consoles seem to have fared during the post Thanksgiving frenzy.

The GameHound staff back in the glow of turkey and stuffing. Post-holiday game discussions ensue. Oh, and we review the Spike VGA Awards, and pick some of our own. Hint: Best fighting game is a real winner.

If you're noticing you're missing shows, you're not really missing them. These shows are being recorded on Spreaker for the time being, since Edie is nursing her elderly father.

A few shows got borked in the process, so if it's non-sequential, don't worry. You're fine. Enjoy them, even if they are a bit late to the feed. We'll make sure they hit the iTunes subsribers more promptly in the future.

Sometimes life gives you lemons... This week, you'll see the first show in a couple weeks. There's been some life stuff getting in the way. And by show we mean "partial" show. Due to technical difficulties at GameHounds HQ, we were only able to record reviews of Grand Theft Auto V Online, Charlie Murder, and I Have No Mouth and I Must Scream. Shortly after we begin the news, it all goes very wrong. We took the news over to our Happy Endings show, so don't be afraid to hit that up to get the rest of the show. Where do you find it?

Method One: Go to iTunes and subscribe to our Happy Endings show .'

Method Two: Go to 0ur Spreaker page and download it directly by visiting (you'll need to subscribe to Spreaker. It's free. They don't spam you, either).

Method Three: Listen via YouTube by going .

Method Four: Listen on .

Enjoy.
