MOBILITY- TO IMPROVE MOVEMENT AND STABILITY OF THE JOINTS
FLEXIBILITY - TO IMPROVE THE MUSCULAR MOVEMENT AND FUNCTION OF THE CONNECTIVE TISSUES AND IMPROVING YOUR JOINT RANGE OF MOTION
STRENGTH/CARDIO TRAINING- TO IMPROVE YOUR PHYSICAL STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
NUTRITION/RECOVERY- TO HELP YOU ACHIEVE YOUR HEALTH AND PERFORMANCE GOALS IN A SAFE MANNER. RECOVERY IS WHERE ALL THE MAGIC HAPPENS!
I also go into my first experience lifting weights and the progression that led to me developing this phliosohy over the last 35+ years. My training program is fluid and ever-evolving, but these core principles will not change and are the foundation of the ALTAS Health and Performance Training Program.
