Foremost here, it seems, is the obvious lack of perimeter and temporal preparedness for security. If so-called “hostiles” had numbered more than one, many of the people attending that event could have been killed, including the Prez, VP, and Speaker, who are the line of succession, according to the Constitution, should the top, then the next, fall. This conversation btwn Judge Napolitano and former Secret Service agent Lawrence Cunningham, is key, and echoes, then amplifies some of the thoughts we got to share on Gorilla Underground, thanks to Billy Ray Valentine, last night. This is time-set to start at the beginning of their conversation.

But there is much more woven into this event, the reporting on it, and the political leveraging of it. First, when it comes to the political leveraging, shall this be called a “Psy-Op” or a “Psy-Post-Op”? Was this a staged event created to push certain narratives and policies, or was it authentic, a manifestation of utter failure by the SS (DURING A TIME OF US MILITARY AGGRESSION THEY FALSELY CALL WAR!) that is being used, after the fact, to push for the same policies the politicians wanted to push and would have pushed with a staged event? For example, almost immediately, we saw the MAGA-Mania “social media” lackeys simultaneously calling for a “secure WH ballroom”, completely overlooking the clear perimeter security problems and the lack of any multi-day monitoring and security protocol within the hotel. We also have heard that the suspect hated Christians, which is false, Ken Klippenstein reports that, based on numerous interviews and research, he discovered that the alleged attacker was a devout Christian. Headline:”Assassin Wasn’t on FBI’s Radar, Sources Say” LINK Cole Allen was upset over US policies, clearly. This, from the “manifesto” he released ten minutes before his attack. “I’m not the person raped in a detention camp. I’m not the fisherman executed without trial. I’m not a schoolkid blown up or a child starved or a teenage girl abused by the many criminals in this administration.” He frames the act as a Christian duty against a failed political system and unlawful administration actions, signing off as the “Friendly Federal Assassin.”

CONNECTED - PRIVACY IN BANKING

Well, GOLLLLLLEEEEEEYYYY! Look at this surprise!

Already, the federal “Know Your Customer” mandate (from the 1970 Bank Secrecy Act, which flipped the term “secrecy” on its head) breaches the 4th A. And it got worse with the passage of the PATRIOT ACT. Now, banks have to juggle:

• Currency Transaction Reports (CTRs): Banks must file a report with FinCEN for any cash (or cash-like) transaction (or series of related transactions) exceeding $10,000 in a single business day. This directly forces reporting of large cash inflows/outflows.

• Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs): Banks must monitor accounts against the customer’s known KYC profile and file a SAR with FinCEN for any transaction (or pattern) that appears suspicious—regardless of amount—if it suggests possible money laundering, fraud, terrorist financing, or violation of law. There is no fixed dollar threshold, but activity around $5,000+ often triggers review. SARs are confidential and cover things like unusual wire transfers, rapid in-and-out movements, or activity inconsistent with the customer’s business.

• Funds Transfer Recordkeeping and “Travel Rule”: For wire transfers of $3,000 or more, banks must keep detailed records (originator and beneficiary info) that “travel” with the transaction. This helps trace money movements across institutions.

• 2016 Customer Due Diligence (CDD) Rule: Expanded KYC to require identification and verification of beneficial owners of legal entity customers (e.g., corporations, LLCs). This includes anyone with 25% or more ownership or who exercises significant control. It was designed to pierce corporate veils and better track who is really behind accounts.

Iran Survives, MAKES MORE ON OIL SALES THAN SIMILAR PERIOD LAST YEAR:

Two months after U.S.-Israeli strikes began on February 28, Iran has earned substantially more from oil and gas sales than in the same period last year. Higher global prices from Hormuz disruptions and continued shadow-fleet exports to China offset wartime volume swings and later U.S. sanctions. Petrochemical shipments, normally a steady revenue source, were partially diverted domestically by mid-April but still contributed to early gains. Let’s compare this year to last year:

March-April 2026 (post-attack): Iran exported roughly 100–110 million barrels of crude (averaging 1.5–1.8 million barrels per day across varying tracker estimates from Kpler, TankerTrackers, and UANI). Revenue reached approximately $9–10 billion at realized prices near $90–$100+ per barrel, up roughly 40 percent from pre-war monthly averages.

March-April 2025: Exports were similar in volume (~100 million barrels at 1.68 million bpd annual average), but lower global prices and deeper discounts yielded only about $6.9 billion. Iran thus earned an extra $2–3 billion in the two-month window, turning the conflict into a short-term financial windfall despite sanctions pressure. LINK LINK

Meanwhile, Europeans are paying far more for fuel than last year, which already was on a steep rise because of the EU-NATO proxy war against Russia and Trump’s insane tariffs on Russian fuel.

Israeli President Isaac Herzog has postponed any decision on granting Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu a pardon in his long-running corruption trial. On April 26, 2026, Herzog’s office confirmed he will not issue clemency at this stage, despite Netanyahu’s formal request. Instead, the president is initiating mediation between Netanyahu’s legal team and state prosecutors to pursue a plea deal. Herzog described reaching a consensual agreement outside the courtroom as the “proper and correct solution” and said all such efforts must first be exhausted before he considers the pardon. The move effectively shelves immediate clemency while prioritizing negotiated resolution of the bribery, fraud, and breach-of-trust charges, which Netanyahu denies. Bayer is the sole major U.S. producer, and the order is viewed as a forward-looking shield against future tort claims related to production, distribution, or use (though its full scope remains untested in court and doesn’t retroactively resolve existing suits). Sunday being a day when many people give extra attention to God’s truth, it is remarkable that, as we go to print, Donald Trump, running the machine of theft and threats called the US government, without any hinderance - nay, with FACILITATION through DEBT AND TAXATION - from the Congress, builds up forces in the Indian Ocean and the mouth of the Persian Gulf. The situation, mixing this military reality, the "diplomatic” back and forth, and the economic fears, is very fluid. Very fluid, indeed. As we go to print, Trump says that his “negotiators” (i.e. thugs making threats and demands) Kushner and Witkoff, returned to the US because the Iranians can’t, as Trump depicts it, get organized to put forward a team with a coherent agenda. Yet it is Iran that has been consistent, with Foreign Minister Abbas Aragchi repeatedly explaining the demands his government has to see the US and Israel meet before the IRGC allows for something approaching a truce. Until then, if the US or Israel resume bombings, then US assets in Middle Eastern nations will be hit, assets of nations helping the US or Israel will be hit, and Iran will continue to control the Strait of Hormuz and demand a toll. Araghchi and his delegation visited Pakistan but met only with Pakistani officials before leaving. Iran publicly stated that “no meeting is planned to take place between Iran and the U.S.” and downplayed direct talks. When Israeli “officials” and the US uniparty in DC claim that the clear genocide in Gaza is a fight against “terror” on the part of “CGHGCHCHCHAMASSSSS”, one can see that, first, Hamas and the Palestinians have natural rights to fight back against the Israeli occupation. At the Washington Hilton, where Reagan was shot. The reports are sketchy, ranging from the claim that the “shooter” was killed, to “the suspect is in custody”

Curiously, this is how Karoline Leavitt prefaced the event, using language that included, “there will be shots fired.”

The Fifth Circuit Court just handed Texas a win when it comes to state initiatives to handle immigration and its border with other nations. I am opposed to all state action because it only comes through the state’s goons forcing people to pay for it. However, this ruling comes CLOSE to acknowledging the original intent of the Founders when it comes to the US Constitution, which was that immigration policy and policing are state matters. SO, while this ruling offers a nod to Texas, it errs in not explicitly acknowledging the fact that the immigration issue is different from “naturalization” (which IS in Article One) and by not deferring completely to Texas on this issue. UKRAINE

One might think it odd that we open with news re Ukraine, but, as we reported on Liberty Conspiracy Live last night, the new PM of Hungary reversed the Hungarian government’s “veto” of the 90 BILLION EURO “loan” to Ukraine, while, at the same time, utilizing its ability to NOT participate in it through not backing the loan with Hungarian funds. The situation sees the Eurozone nations that ARE participating (now that the Hungarian veto is gone) claiming they can repay with money acquired from interest on Russian “frozen assets”. But Russia’s government is suing the EU over that, and so the question remains — from whence will the EU get the money to offer the loan, and how can Ukraine collateralize it, since Ukraine is undoubtedly going to lose the war? The answer appears to be that the individual Euro nations that are participating will get their central governments or central banks to offer a smaller amount, perhaps 30 Bill Euros, counting on the moves passing their legislatures BECAUUUUUSE, they will tell their national players that the loans will be used by Ukraine to buy weapons from their arms makers (those in the various constituent EU nations). It appears to be shaking out just like we expected, and the shakedown of the people for the Eurozone Military Industrial Complex will continue. Here is The Duran, with one of the absolute best overviews I’ve seen on the breaking story. Please watch!!

Hegseth today told reporters some of his biggest whoppers to date. He might want to start a Burger King franchise. Here, he gaslights European nations to participate in opening the Strait of Hormuz, control of which Iran took because the US and Israel attacked Iran.

He says this literally within minutes of claiming not only that the US is in control of the Strait, but also saying that the US will engage in ship-stopping and aggression all over the world, AND he says that it is IRAN engaging in “random” acts of “piracy” - A sketch comedy writer couldn’t get away with such incomprehensible chatter.

And, of course, he had to be sure to restate the canard that it is IRAN that has initiated aggressive action against the US for “47” years, when, in fact, it is US and British activity going back 100+ years that has brought strife and death to IRAN

And FOX backs up Hegseth’s clear lie about “control” of the Strait, without bothering to note that the US can’t control the strait from this position, so far away, and that the US ships are so far away because Iran can capsize them using hypersonic missiles and drones.

Meanwhile, another bloodthirsty member of the tax-consuming, debt-building US Congress proudly tells a reporter that “WE ARE STARVING” the people of Iran. First, if that is true, it’s a war crime. Second, Iran is getting ships through and into the Strait. What the US is doing is bombing a lot of innocent people, threatening occasional ship captains and steal cargo, and threatening to destroy civilian infrastructure, which also is a war crime, atop the mount of them the US regime already has committed.

Oh, and of COURSE the US attacked Iran because Israeli forces wanted the US to do so.

AND How about those OIL SHORT SALES? :)

AGAIN, TRUMP LIES - It’s astounding how they deflect from US aggression, and that aggression is obvious.

Good thing Israel is abiding by that “ceasefire” (aka, the “we call continuing to kill innocent people a ceasefire, then claim we were “defending” against Hezbollah or GHHCHAMAS)

The S&P Global Eurozone Composite Output Index, often just called the Composite PMI is a leading indicator of private-sector economic activity and health in the Eurozone. It combines manufacturing and services data and is based on monthly surveys of purchasing managers and business executives at around 5,000 private-sector companies across key countries (Germany, France, Italy, Spain, etc.). What it measures

• It is a diffusion index (a weighted average) that shows the percentage of respondents reporting month-on-month improvement, no change, or deterioration in business conditions.

• The headline Composite Output Index is specifically a weighted average of:

  • The Manufacturing Output Index, and

  • The Services Business Activity Index.

• Respondents are asked about changes (compared to the previous month) in variables such as:

  • New orders / sales

  • Output / production / business activity volume

  • Employment levels

  • Supplier delivery times

  • Stocks of purchases / inventories

  • (And sometimes prices, backlogs, etc.)

This is the bizarre and dark mindset of many in the MAGA-RAH-RAH rabble. Good comment on it, from Daniel Davis…

It looks like the IDF is remaining consistent in its pillaging and plunder of occupied territory, not to mention its record of killing innocent people.

Ms. Amal Khalil received death threats via text/WhatsApp messages from an Israeli phone number in September 2024 (with some reports noting an initial threat around August 2024 and a reiteration in mid-September).

• She said the messages came from “the Israelis,” “Mossad,” or an “Israeli enemy” number and were attributed to the IDF in many reports. People have confirmed the number as an Israeli-govt number.

• The sender(s) knew details of her movements between villages in southern Lebanon.

• Key alleged content (paraphrased from her accounts and the reported message):

  • “We know where you are and we will reach you when the time comes.”

  • Demands that she leave southern Lebanon immediately, stop reporting from the south, or flee (e.g., “I suggest you flee to Qatar or somewhere else”).

  • Graphic death threats, including variations of “sever your head from your shoulders,” “cut your head from your body,” or “keep your head connected to your shoulders” if she didn’t comply. LINK

And is Israel preparing for a wider US-assisted invasion into Lebanon?

David Stockman is correct.

David Stockman’s numbers check out—and they highlight a glaring inconsistency in the official narrative around the US Navy’s “total control” of the Strait of Hormuz. In his post, Stockman directly challenges Trump’s claim: “We have total control over the Strait of Hormuz. No ship can enter or leave without the approval of the United States Navy.” Stockman points out that the normal ~20 million barrels per day (mb/d) of oil and products that typically flow through the strait to the global economy is now “essentially 0.0 b/d—except for all the Iranian oil that is sneaking through the ‘blockade’ to the tune of 1.2 million barrels per day.” He’s quoting independent tanker-tracking data, and the figures align closely with what’s being reported right now.

- Independent trackers confirm Iranian crude and condensate exports have continued at roughly 1.1–1.5 mb/d even after the US-enforced restrictions began.

-STILL, the world flow is highly restricted by this US aggression and the Iranian response. Headline: “JPMorgan sees Iran oil system hitting shut in threshold within 15 days” LINK

-AND MintPress News reports the US Navy seized another Iranian-linked tanker, despite Trump’s recent unilateral extension of a fragile ceasefire that Iran has abided by without formal agreement. the ship in the MintPress News video has been publicly identified by name as the M/T Majestic X (also referred to as Majestic X or Majestic-X). It is a large crude carrier (VLCC oil tanker, IMO 9198317, previously named Phoenix/Phonix, Guyana-flagged or described as stateless/sanctioned). US forces seized it on April 23, 2026, in the Indian Ocean (INDOPACOM area, between Sri Lanka and Indonesia) while it was transporting Iranian oil in violation of sanctions. Note, this was not even CLOSE to Iran or the Strait of Hormuz.

And trump just amped the rhetoric, talking about “shoot to kill” Headline: “U.S. seizes Majestic X tanker in Indian Ocean” LINK

• These interdictions, including additional tankers seized in the Indian Ocean around April 21-23, risk escalating tensions by disrupting oil flows while both US and Iranian forces continue vessel seizures.

Next week, the Senate is to vote on what should not be needed, a “War Powers Resolution” re Cuba. The US Constitution’s requirement that Congress issue a Declaration of War before engaging in even a blockade (essentially what the US has been doing to Cuba since the 1960s and the US now is getting closer and closer to an attempt to overthrow the government there) is obvious. Beyond that, even IF Congress declared War, that would give the politicians no more ethical power to tell you to pay for it. Headline: “DOJ hits Southern Poverty Law Center with criminal charges – NBC New York” LINK This is a big deal. THE SPLC is one of the biggest wielders of the “strategy of tension” approach of demonizing conservatives and libertarians, calling them racist etc, to create tension situations, even as, so says this grand jury indictment, the SPLC was funding high-ups in well-known racist groups in the US, and, likely, getting funding from CIA-tied operatives via proxies like the LA Times (where Morris Dees got his original seed money, after building a massive phone and mail contact base, AND after Dees represented in court members of the KKK.) Dees co-founded (with Joe Levin Jr.) Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) in 1971, built his fortune as a direct-mail marketer selling cookbooks and other products in the 1960s. In 1969 he sold the business to Times Mirror—the parent company of the Los Angeles Times—reportedly for $6–7 million. He used that windfall and his marketing expertise to launch the SPLC and turn it into a fundraising powerhouse, mailing alarmist appeals about the KKK and hate groups to Northern liberals. Critics have long called the operation a “flimflam” scheme: the SPLC amassed a half-billion-dollar endowment while spending relatively little on actual litigation. Dees’s 1980 divorce from Maureene Bass Dees exposed further personal controversies. Court documents and testimony alleged he conducted multiple extramarital affairs, including a sustained relationship with another woman, and that he attempted to molest his 18-year-old stepdaughter with a sexual device. These revelations, combined with Dees’s 2019 firing amid internal charges of sexual harassment and workplace racial discrimination, have fueled long-standing accusations that the SPLC’s celebrated founder prioritized personal gain and power over the civil-rights mission he publicly championed. Please note that the “strategy of tension” might seem like an esoteric term for those deliberately working to cause political fighting and funding various blocks in order to gain political power and funds (for themselves or their friends, or both) But the activity is not the original problem, and the people who engage in it are only able to do so because political power influences money, and the polis creates interest blocks that do not work in comity, through productive, positive commerce and free will. The state, in its normative sense, is what facilitates and incentivizes this underhanded activity, by pushing all people into one arena to fight.

PLZ watch the above… On a personal note, the SPLC often attacked MRCTV when I was writing for them (this, prior to my departure and the MRC embrace of Zionist Israeli activities).

-THE NINTH CIRCUIT COURT dug the hole deeper. Not only did they not call out the unconstitutional and immoral ICE, not only did the judges not cite the feds for sending armed goons into CA without a request from the CA legislature or Governor (according to Article Four, Section Four of the US Constitution), they court allows for the ICE goons to not ID themselves and allows them to wear masks. First, Trump is NOT stopping Iranian-related shipping. Recent shipping data from Vortexa, Lloyd’s List, and outlets like WSJ and Reuters confirm multiple tankers transited the strait with minimal disruption, contrasting Trump’s public claims that the measure is crippling Iran’s finances at $500 million daily in losses.

And… The US has suspended cooperation and funding for Iraq’s security forces (including counterterrorism coordination, training, and financial support) until Iraq forms a new government. Iraqi officials told The New York Times this was explicitly tied to demands that Baghdad dismantle Iran-backed militias “attacking US interests” (how quaint of the US occupiers and mafia).

• Reports (including from The National and WSJ references) say the US has halted shipments of physical US dollars to Iraq. These dollars are proceeds from Iraq’s oil sales, which the US controls via accounts at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York (a legacy of the 2003 invasion). One shipment worth hundreds of millions was reportedly blocked. Iraq’s Central Bank denied a full cutoff, but the pressure tactic is real

Is Israel intent on toppling the govt of Turkey, breaking up the state, as the US and Israel did with Syria and are trying to do with Iran? Headline: “The chance of a Türkiye-Israel war has never been more real — RT World News” LINK

US-MEXICO-DRUGS-CIA

Recent reports (published yesterday and today) confirm that two U.S. CIA operatives were killed in a car crash in northern Mexico this past weekend while participating in a counter-narcotics operation. (LINK) The incident occurred in the state of Chihuahua (near the U.S. border). The two Americans, along with two Mexican state investigators from the Chihuahua State Investigation Agency, died when their vehicle skidded off a mountain road, plunged into a ravine, and exploded as they were returning from helping destroy several clandestine drug laboratories (producing synthetic/chemical drugs linked to cartels). Initially, U.S. and Mexican authorities described the Americans as “U.S. Embassy staff” or “instructors” involved in routine training or binational cooperation. However, multiple U.S. officials later confirmed to major outlets that they were CIA operatives participating in a ground-level raid. This has sparked controversy in Mexico. LINK

• President Claudia Sheinbaum has ordered a federal investigation into whether the operation violated Mexico’s constitution or national security laws (federal approval for U.S. involvement is normally required; this appears to have involved state-level forces without full federal coordination).

ECONOMY

Hey, remember learning about the US Constitution? Remember how the cats who wrote it and claimed power over other people set some limits, so called? Remember how they installed an amendment process to add or subtract claims of power? And recall how they ENUMERATED what each branch could do, and how? Well, it seems that few people are bothered by Trump again declaring an “emergency”, this time, about fuel. Some MAGA-ites do a spin on the M.O. of previous Presidents, such as Joe Biden, who declared “Climate” a “national emergency” (the Constitution offers no “power” to declare anything an “emergency” that the Pres unilaterally can “handle”), and claim that there is a “national security” (again, defined however they want to define it) aspect to this, so they think that gives them cover, which is false. No. April 20, Trump invoked the Defense Production Act (note, there is no War, so what would be the constitutional pretext? - There isn’t one…) to expand domestic petroleum, refining, natural gas, and related infrastructure capacity. This was framed in headlines as declaring a “national gas emergency” (or national emergency over gas) in response to surging gas prices caused by oil market disruptions from the ongoing Iran conflict and issues in the Strait of Hormuz. He referenced his earlier, broader “national energy emergency” declaration from January 20, 2025 (his first day in office), but the specific gas-focused actions and White House documents tied to this announcement are dated April 20, 2026. News coverage (e.g., Express, Newsweek) appeared the following day, confirming the timing… LINK

Last year, the ECB balked at doing the move itself, and the “compromise” saw the EU vote to have member states pitch in, from their own debt-riddled, central-bank inflated, systems. Recall how we have been able to show from looking at the actual statute (pages 74-95) that the HIPAA “medical privacy” act actually claims for the feds the power to get your medical data? Here is a news report about a man kidnapped by the immigration good teams (in this case, FBI was involved, as well) and getting a man’s medical data while he was in the hospital due to the government attack on him. Curiously, the news reporter, like so many, writes under the false impression that HIPAA protects the man’s privacy. HIPAA is a direct violation of the Fourth Amendment, but only a few legal scholars discuss it, as far as I’ve seen in my career covering and lecturing on political economics.
