Trump repeatedly releases claims that the “MoU” will see the Strait of Hormuz “open” - but the Iranians and Omanis have what are internationally recognized territorial claims over the strait. As we know, after decades of blockades, assassinations, monetary manipulation, spying, and anti-Iranian propaganda, the US and Israel launched major, unprovoked, immoral strikes on Iran starting February 28, 2026, escalating into open conflict with the US blockade of the southeastern portion of the Persian Gulf, missile exchanges, the assassination of the Ayatollah and many of his family, and the mass murders of children and other civilians, and murders of many high-level Iranian officials.
As of this weekend, US government figures and Iranian government speakers purportedly have hammered out wording for a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) or letter of intent. But the US and Iranian claims as to what are IN the MoU are different. The US claims that the MoU would establish a ceasefire for 60 days (the one they claim to have repeatedly sees the US hitting ships and continuing to interfere with the Iranian-Omani Strait of Hormuz), reopen the Strait (without any tolls, according to the US, but not the Iranians), lift aspects of the US naval blockade, and, according to the US, launch talks on Iran’s “nuclear program” - more Newspeak implying that Iran has a nuclear weapons program when it does not, and the US had a verifiable agreement to that end until Trump dumped the JCPOA in 2018.
Trump has signaled a possible “signing” as early as today - Sun - with Hormuz traffic resuming “immediately after.” Pakistan and Qatar have mediated. LINK
Buuuuut…….. Details remain “fluid”—some reports mention phased release of frozen Iranian assets and sanctions relief tied to performance on enrichment and missiles. The US government had no business initiating or joining this aggression in the first place. A “deal” negotiated by the same coercive apparatus that started the war is still coercion—sanctions relief and asset unfreezing are just the state untying knots it tied. True peace comes from non-aggression and voluntary trade, not state-to-state memos enforced by guns and navies.

ISRAELI ATTACKS ON LEBANON, GAZA, WEST BANK

Even as US-Iran talks advance, genocidal Israeli operations continue across multiple fronts. In Lebanon, Israeli Offense Forces attacked southern areas and Tyre, killing civilians and prompting displacement orders; ground advances push deeper despite so-called “ceasefires”. Here is Steve Sweeney, the RT reporter Israel tried to kill three months ago, reporting on the situation in Tyre

Gaza and West Bank IDF attacks persist with reported tent strikes, olive grove arson, and high casualties. Iran has conditioned fuller deals on a broader regional ceasefire, including an end to Israeli actions in Lebanon, but Israeli officials are in line with Netanyahu, to take more of Lebanon, the West Bank, and Gaza.
Endless state-backed military campaigns create perpetual enemies and drain resources from productive people on all sides. Individuals and voluntary associations can defend themselves and trade peacefully; governments using conscripted/taxed resources to redraw maps or punish populations violate the non-aggression principle. The cycle of retaliation serves rulers, not the ruled.

IMMIGRATION POLICE STATE

ICE/DHS Disregarding Due Process, Deportations, and Harsh Custody Conditions

Under the current administration’s mass-deportation push, ICE detention has ballooned. Reports document record deaths in custody (at least 17 in 2026 so far, roughly one per week), with causes including medical neglect and at least one ruled homicide by asphyxia. Policies expand mandatory detention, limit bond hearings, enable warrantless home entries via administrative warrants, and involve transfers that hinder legal representation. Multiple federal judges have found due-process violations; ICE has defied court orders on releases and deportations to high-risk countries. Check out the Politico report. Here are some details of a story I should have covered LAST MONTH! — Since the start of 2025, federal judges have ruled against ICE in more than 13,300 of appx 15,100 detention cases, determining most involved illegal holds without bond or due process hearings. This is, of course, state-conducted kidnapping and warehousing of human beings—plain and simple. Borders controlled by force and funded by theft from productive citizens are antithetical to voluntary association. Due process is a minimal check on state power; ignoring it reveals the regime’s true nature. Real immigration reform starts with respect for freedom of association, not more cages and agents. Then, MAGA fans also can look at their vaunted Constitution, and realize the feds are not supposed to be handling “immigration policing” at all.
Politico manually compiled its database of detention rulings starting July 7, 2025. This coincides with the surge in litigation triggered by the Trump administration’s expanded “mandatory detention” policy (implemented around that time in July 2025), which broadened the use of detention without bond hearings for many more immigrants, including long-term residents. The 13,300+ number (out of ~15,100 total rulings as of the most recent Politico update) comes from a journalist-compiled database of federal district court decisions on ICE detention challenges. Journalists canvassed public court records for cases in which detainees (or their representatives) sued Department of Homeland Security officials, ICE leaders, or facility wardens. They manually reviewed and categorized the outcomes of these cases. An LLM was used only to extract basic metadata like case name, judge, date, and district — not to determine the ruling’s outcome or reasoning. Each individual court ruling/decision in these cases is counted separately.

4. THE US ECONOMIC DARKNESS

The Strait of Hormuz Closure/Disruption: Damage to US Economy & Farmers’ Plight

The US attack on Iran, and Iran’s attempt to defend through closing the Strait to shipping that is tied to the US or Israel or does not get permission from Iran? Trump won’t let up, and it continues its terrible disruption of shipping through the vital chokepoint that handles ~20% of global oil and a huge share of fertilizer (especially urea). US farmers faced sharp price spikes—urea up over 28% in weeks—plus supply shortages just before spring planting. Fertilizer is a major input cost (often 33-45% of operating expenses for corn/wheat). Broader effects include higher energy prices and ripple risks to food production. A prolonged closure threatened wider commodity stress, though an impending deal aims to reopen traffic. Goldman Sachs estimated a US GDP drag (<0.5 points annually) but noted sharper pain for agriculture-dependent sectors - which, of course, implies systemic effects that GS is not mentioning... Strait of H traffic remains more than 90% lower than normal, sustaining upward pressure on related costs. And we see the additional economic blowback from government warmongering. American farmers—productive individuals trying to feed people voluntarily—get hammered by policies they never consented to accept. Markets adjust through price signals and innovation far better than blockades and subsidies. The state’s foreign adventures export instability homeward; the solution is radical non-intervention, allowing individuals to trade without geopolitical hostage-taking.

As we discussed on Liberty Conspiracy Live, Friday, comedian Jerry Seinfeld on June 10 exited Madison Square Garden and responded to a streamer’s “Free Palestine” request with a blunt “It doesn’t exist.” The clip went viral, drawing backlash from CAIR and Rep. Ilhan Omar as dehumanizing denialism amid the Gaza conflict. Supporters praised the directness given Palestine’s lack of sovereign statehood (UN observer status, divided governance). As we know, NDAA Sec 224 would designate a Pentagon executive agent to expand and coordinate US-Israel defense tech cooperation across R&D, testing, co-production, industrial integration, AI, cyber, autonomous systems, missile defense, and data fusion/network integration. This deepens entanglement beyond traditional - already unconstitutional “aid,” creates political lock-in in states via US jobs in co-production facilities, and reduces future congressional or presidential flexibility to unwind ties.
The offense of this comes atop the initial offense of making people pay for what politicians claim is the taxpayer’s protection. Here, with 224 taxpayers will subsidize deeper integration with a foreign state’s defense industry, creating vested interests in the states that prioritize perpetual entanglement over American constitutionalism and any form of decrease in the US-Israeli ties. Only voluntary defense cooperation between free peoples allows people to express their priorities and engage in their own defense without engaging in offense. State-mandated fusion funded by coercion is going even more international with 224, and it will ramp up with 622 to include Big Tech and DARPA projects that can be planted in states and in other nations like Honduras... Section 622 is known by Tom Cotton’s wonderful title: “United States-Israel Intelligence Sharing Enhancement”, and would require the President (via DNI and SecDef) to expand and enhance intelligence sharing with Israel across broad Middle East topics. Reductions or suspensions would be allowed only for a “specific and identifiable national security concern” determined by the President, with detailed congressional notification. This, while alarmed members of the Pentagon released info that they have rated Israel’s espionage threat level to “critical”.

The surveillance state already spies on everyone; now Congress wants to hard-wire deeper sharing with another government and make dialing it back nearly impossible by planting “employers” tied to the US and Israel into every state.
This is not security—it’s expanding the unaccountable spy apparatus while reducing sovereign flexibility. Liberty cannot tolerate the state’s information monopoly, and it gets worse by entrenching foreign entanglements within it.
The pattern is clear: governments create problems through aggression and central planning, then offer more government as the cure. The voluntaryist alternative remains consistent —individual rights, non-aggression, free markets, and radical peace — what dangerous notions!

Yeah, so, the Daily Beast has info on a leaked phone call to Gabbard from the man Trump chose to replace her. It seems that, after she announced she was resigning, Trump didn’t inform her that he would move her out of her office weeks earlier than she had planned. The US yesterday hit two water storage facilities in Iran, knowing they were used by civilians. Again, this is war crime activity…

Max Blumenthal offers insights that jibe with what we have been mentioning on Liberty Conspiracy - that the integration of US and Israeli military and intel is about implanting Israeli-US businesses inside states to make them almost impossible to eliminate because they would be politically potent “jobs providers”

Yeah. He’s got a great grasp of reality and hypocrisy, doesn’t he? This coming from the man who wants to reorient the German economy into an even heavier command-and-control system focused on weapons and war, from the guy who continues to push for Ukraine to attack Russia (and gaslights about it).

The Cradle reports that Marco Rubio’s State Dept has been working on ways to deport Quincy Institute head Trita Parsi because he is a critic of US warmongering.

Inflation has been steadily climbing and is now at its highest level in three years, thanks to the United States’ refusal to pull out of Israel’s war with Iran.
The situation mirrors what happened under President Biden, when billions of taxpayer dollars were poured into the war in Ukraine. Now it’s the same story all over again, just a different president, a different country, but with an even greater economic impact.
According to the latest Consumer Price Index report from the Bureau of Labor Statistics, consumer prices in May 2026 are sky-high, up 4.2 percent compared to May 2025.
Of course, no one needed a government report to know inflation is bad. Every trip to the grocery store is a real-life inflation report.
Grocery prices are up 3.1 percent, while restaurant prices have increased 2.7 percent, which means it could be cheaper to eat out than cook at home. Do they want us to be unhealthy by being forced to eat processed fast foods?
Beyond food, utility bills are rising, with this summer’s electricity bills predicted to be the highest we’ve seen in five years, and gas prices have reportedly surged 40 percent since the war began.
Higher gas prices don’t just make filling up more expensive. They cut directly into the budgets of small business owners, truck drivers, and daily commuters, leaving less money for life’s necessities.
The economic situation is a mess, and it’s predicted to get worse.
So does the administration care?
When asked whether he was concerned about the latest inflation report, President Trump responded: “No, I love it. I love the inflation. You know why? Because as soon as this war is over–do you know we’ve been taking out millions of barrels of oil? Nobody knows it. You know who doesn’t know? Iran until right now.”
Trump may love it, but millions of Americans struggling to put food on the table certainly don’t. And whatever oil is being hauled out of Iran in the dead of night won’t shield ordinary people from the economic storm that’s brewing.’

Thomas Massie yesterday delivered a powerful statement against FISA Section 702… Of course, none of FISA is allowed, according to the Fourth Amendment.

It did not pass the House yesterday (June 10, 2026). The relevant legislation is H.R. 9238, a short-term extension of FISA Section 702 authorities (Title VII of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act) through July 2, 2026. It was introduced on June 10 by Rep. Rick Crawford (R-AR). Debate occurred that day in the House (this appears to be the context of Rep. Thomas Massie’s floor speech in the video from the X post you linked, where he opposed a “clean” reauthorization/extension and highlighted prior statements by others like Jim Jordan). A recorded vote was demanded at the end of debate, but proceedings were postponed under House rules.

The vote took place today. The bill failed under the fast-track “suspension of the rules” procedure (which requires a two-thirds majority). The tally was 198 yes to 218 no. It did not even achieve a simple majority. Nineteen Republicans voted “No” (Nay) on H.R. 9238, the short-term clean FISA Section 702 extension, joining nearly all Democrats in defeating the measure (overall vote: 198–218).

Overall Status of FISA Section 702 LINK

• Collection and related activities can continue for some time under existing Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISC) certifications/orders, potentially until at least March 2027, according to analyses from groups like the Brennan Center. A full “go dark” scenario is not immediate. LINK

• Congress has passed multiple short extensions this year amid deep divisions. A longer (e.g., 3-year) reauthorization passed the House earlier in 2026 (235-191 in late April), but faced complications. Debates center on reforms—particularly a warrant requirement for querying incidentally collected U.S. persons’ data (a position Massie and other privacy-focused members strongly support), limits on FBI abuses, and oversight. Opposition has grown due to documented past misuse and recent political factors, including President Trump’s appointment of Bill Pulte as acting Director of National Intelligence (criticized by Democrats and some Republicans for lack of relevant experience).

The House is heading into recess until June 23, so immediate further action is unlikely this week. Longer-term reauthorization or another short patch will likely require negotiations on reforms once members return.

NYC Comptroller and inveterate anti-gunner Brad Lander at least spoke up for the rights of migrants when he tried to protest the treatment of detainees last year. He was arrested, charged with “unreasonably obstructing the usual use of federal property”—specifically, “assaulting” a federal goon, blocking the elevators and the elevator lobby at 26 Federal Plaza in Manhattan. He was just found not guilty.

Notice that this article only mentions the charge near the end of the text… ‘Lander was arrested and accused of ‘“assaulting law enforcement and impeding a federal officer,” DHS said in a social media post at the time.’ LINK

As we broadcast last night and expressed skepticism over the “Apache shot down by Iran” narrative, figuring it was a pretext for Trump to attack Iran and for Netanyahu to expand his aggression in Lebanon, Gaza, and the West Bank, the reality unfolded, live, and proved those suspicions well founded. ’The U.S. began striking Iran overnight in retaliation for what President Trump said was a downed helicopter that was patrolling the Strait of Hormuz. CENTCOM says that it is done now, as if it were a movie premiere that came and went.
In response, Iran reportedly launched attacks on the U.S. Fifth Fleet base in Bahrain, U.S. assets in Jordan, Kuwait, and possibly Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
The extent of the damage on either side has yet to be assessed as of this writing. IranianForeign Minister Abbas Araghchi warned that the U.S. should cease escalating with Iran because its military “will leave no attack or threat unanswered. Leave our region if you want to be safe.”
All of this started over an empty helicopter? The story is fishy. President Trump said that there were only two pilots on board but “both are safe and uninjured.”
There are many unconfirmed reports that there were seven people aboard, not two, and that they did not survive. Why else would the U.S. respond to the destruction of an empty aircraft?
Again, the U.S. is calling this “self-defense.”
The U.S. flew into sovereign territory that it has repeatedly attacked over the last year and was shot down by the country it regularly attacks. Now they claim self-defense. It’s Orwellian.
While this is all happening, Israel has continued to bomb Lebanon. Recall that Iran’s condition for peace was that Israel stop its invasion of Lebanon, but while the U.S. and Iran duke it out, Israel can do whatever it wants.’

THUS, the US pretext became revealed as the night darkened, and Iran’s government released this

And then, the US attacked water resources… 20,000 people now have to scramble to get water from some alt source, if possible.

And Saudi allowed US to use Saudi airspace. US aerial refueling tankers (e.g., KC-46A Pegasus) have been active over or near Saudi airspace/Gulf of Oman in the same timeframe, providing logistical support. Some posts reference tankers operating in coordination with Saudi aircraft or transiting the area.

The US attacked Bandar Abbas, Qeshm Island, Sirik, Jask, and Minab. These were carried out by US Air Force and Navy fighter jets, with CENTCOM describing them as “self-defense responses.”

Mr. Itamar Ben-Gvir now adds kidnapping of women and kids to his open calls for mass slaughter and land seizure in Lebanon.

This, while he rightfully is the focus of an Italian investigation for his mistreatment of the Homuz Flotilla members Israel recently kidnapped, and many of whom claim of physical abuse at the hands of Gvir and the IDF.

Netanyahu now claims Israeli aggression over the last day came because Iran was going to launch nuclear weapons - weapons Trump claimed to stop Iran from developing, even though Iran was not developing them and only recently was given the defensive incentive to attempt that, if they have been dealing with Pakistan to acquire such a weapon.

Trump claims he will be able to declare “total victory” over Iran in two weeks. Here is the RT headline “Trump sets yet another timeline for ‘total victory’ in Iran — RT World News” and the link

——Buuuut…. Trump ALSO said YESTERDAY that the US and Iran were “near a deal” within two days (he has said this 37 times since February). AND… Since Trump also just claimed that the Iranians shot down an Apache helicopter where it was not supposed to be during a so-called “ceasefire” — that being a location over the Strait of Hormuz (more likely over the Strait of Oman), he already has shown that he is continuing his lying ways.

Now, in response to the Iranian response to the US aggression, Trump says the US will “respond”. Get it?

SO far, this is what we know re the downing of this chopper. Here is ANTIWAR on it… - The “downing” occurred near Oman’s coast… Trump and the US DoD claim Iran downed it with a Shaheed drone. This is unlikely because those drones stand little chance of taking down an apache at speed or close to it. Nonetheless, Trumpola, as we note above, has vowed that the US “must, of necessity, respond” to what he described as Iran shooting down the Army AH-64 Apache, but he has not announced or detailed any concrete military, diplomatic, or other steps yet. One wonders how the helicopter was shot down but the pilots survived. If the main rotor got hit, the chopper would drop like a rock and it would be hard for anyone aboard to jump because the rotors would still catch them. IF they were shot down and the rear rotor was hit, they could survive more easily. But why would Trump make such a big matter of this, if he truly wanted to get to his “deal”? He would downplay it. This is not a good sign that Trump is to believed about this new claim of pursuing and being close to a “deal”. And the News Establishment of the NYT reports that Iran and the US have negotiated nuclear portions of the “deal” - this, also, is bogus. Iran repeatedly has stated that such talks will come in months, AFTER a real ceasefire/end of hostilities. Here is Larry Johnson on it

Natali Morris, of Redacted (streaming live on YT and Rumble, m-th at 4 pm eastern US time) offers key thoughts about the Israeli announcement that the Palestinians trapped in Gaza “have enough food” and Israel will close the food shipments.
‘Israel has once again cut off humanitarian aid to Gaza, this time in response to Iranian missile strikes that followed Israel’s bombing of Beirut.
The missiles weren’t fired from Gaza, so why is Gaza the one being deprived of aid?
Israeli authorities announced the closure of the main border crossings used to bring food, medicine, and other humanitarian supplies into the territory.
COGAT released a statement claiming that “the closure of the crossings will not affect the humanitarian situation in the Gaza Strip. The substantial quantities of food that have entered the Strip since the beginning of the ceasefire significantly exceed the nutritional needs of the population.”
That claim doesn’t square with what international agencies have been reporting.
According to the World Food Programme, at least 1.6 million people, about 77 percent of the population in Gaza, are facing acute food insecurity. Aid groups have warned that the amount of assistance entering Gaza has fallen well below what is needed to sustain the population.
This is why human rights organizations have repeatedly accused Israel of using starvation as a weapon of war. After all, if food, water, and medicine can be turned on and off whenever Israel wants to pressure or punish an entire population, what else would you call it?
At this point, Israel isn’t hiding anything. The crossings were closed openly and publicly in a plan to use two million civilians as leverage in a geopolitical dispute.
If history is any guide, there will be plenty of statements condemning this, but no action to actually stop it.’

Yet… The FDD also is well known as a big booster of ICE deportations of “other” migrants, sooo, yeah, that works (not). One wonders if they realize people can notice that… embers of the Foundation for Defense of Democracies (FDD) have spoken in favor of ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) actions within the US to deport illegal immigrants, particularly when framed through a national security lens. FDD, a national security-focused think tank, consistently ties immigration enforcement to counterterrorism, counterespionage, and border security. They do not appear to oppose interior enforcement in general and have criticized what they claim are lax deportation practices, calling them “security risks.” LINK

Key examples include:

• Craig Singleton (Senior Fellow and China Program Senior Director) has testified before Congress on the “unprecedented surge” in Chinese illegal immigration. He highlighted that many individuals with final deportation orders (nearly 10%, or about 100,000 in one period) are not actually removed due to non-cooperation from China and other issues. This testimony frames non-enforcement as a national security vulnerability, implicitly supporting stronger ICE/DHS interior enforcement and actual deportations to mitigate risks like espionage or influence operations.

• FDD has published supportive coverage of specific ICE interior actions. For instance, an FDD analysis reported positively on ICE’s arrest of a Columbia University student (Mahmoud Khalil) for activities “aligned to Hamas,” noting his potential green card revocation and deportation under Trump administration policies against anti-Semitism and terrorism support. Similar pieces back the deportation of individuals with Hezbollah ties (e.g., a Brown University professor denied entry and ordered removed).

• In FDD’s policy recommendations on Iran, the organization explicitly called for strengthening “Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) interdiction efforts for persons of interest connected to the regime.”

HOME SALES WILL CONTINUE TO DIE this piece is “fair” but opens up the window to understanding that the market is over-saturated, loan rates are going to be high because the US government has to float bonds at higher returns due to the inflated currency and also because the fed might not be as inclined to lower the Fed Funds rate as it was a month ago. The lower they make the rate, the lower the borrowing rate would be, but the steeper the inflation rate. SCOTT BESSENT claimed that manufacturing construction rose 17-19 percent in may (Scott Bessent on oil markets, manufacturing growth | Watch) - He made it up. The May data isn’t out from the BLM, and… during an appearance on Fox Business’ Mornings with Maria, stating that “manufacturing construction [is] up 17, 19%” in the context of gains in American manufacturing, factory-related jobs, and capital spending. No official U.S. government data supports a 17–19% increase in manufacturing construction for May (or the most recent reported month). In fact, the latest figures show the opposite trend. The Census Bureau’s monthly Value of Construction Put in Place report tracks spending on new manufacturing buildings and structures (seasonally adjusted annual rate, in millions of dollars). The most recent release covers April 2026 (data released June 1, 2026; May 2026 data is not yet available and is scheduled for early July):

• April 2026: $185,725 million

• March 2026: $188,009 million → −1.2% month-over-month

The odds of Mark Lynch beating Senator Lindsey Graham (i.e., winning the Republican nomination) are extremely low—roughly 1–2% according to real-time prediction markets.

This is the Republican primary for South Carolina’s U.S. Senate seat (Class II), held today, June 9, 2026. Graham is the four-term incumbent seeking a fifth term; Lynch is his strongest challenger (a Greenville businessman and appliance executive running as an “America First” conservative). Other candidates (Calvin Cowen, Thomas Dismukes, Patrick Herrmann, Darius Mitchell) are polling in low single digits.

• Recent polls (June 2026) consistently show Graham leading Lynch by a wide margin but hovering near or just above the 50% threshold needed to avoid a runoff (June 23):
