**Let’s begin with a very good observation about the difference between principled proponents of liberty, and fraudsters. Dave Smith lays it out.

Trump’s threat to “annihilate” Iran, which he reiterated at the UN, of all places, has hit a number of threat dominoes. Here, Judge Napolitano and Alistair Crooke look at the statement, and assess the valid reaction by Iran as noted on MTP. Below this, we will share key info on Trump ALSO rejecting the Seven Day plan offered by Iran through proxies.

He also yesterday said this, among other completely fanciful things.

Trump then received accolades from the clapping seal brigade, as he frivolously posted a map of the Strait of H and called it…

Iran’s “Seven Day” plan, presented by Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi in late September 2026 at the UN General Assembly, was a proposed roadmap to halt the nearly seven-month US-Israeli war with Iran and reopen the vital Strait of Hormuz. Conveyed to Washington via Qatari mediators, it aimed to revive the collapsed June 2026 memorandum of understanding on a faster timetable. The seven-day clock would start the moment the United States accepted the proposal. In the first four to five days, Washington would lift its naval blockade of Iranian ports, waive sanctions on Iranian oil sales, and release an estimated $12 billion in frozen Iranian assets. A ceasefire would cover regional fronts including Lebanon. Iran would then reopen the Strait of Hormuz on the sixth day. Comprehensive nuclear talks would begin on day seven. Tehran framed the plan as implementing prior commitments rather than new concessions. President Trump rejected it on September 26, calling the terms unacceptable because Iran demanded relief before verified nuclear and maritime steps. He said talks could still occur this week but did not rule out renewed strikes after the November midterms.

And let’s note something important that Pepe Escobar brought up to Nima Alkorshid today, that Xi, Friday meeting w Trump, implored Trump to accept the plan. As we know, within 36 hours, Trump publicly dismissed it. As Pepe notes, this is a major expression of disrespect to Xi, to do this so publicly and frivolously.

NETANYAHU, ACCUSED WAR CRIMINAL, AT UN

He made some very slippery claims, attempting to deceive people, again.

Netanyahu is not being honest about the food and the medicine. Not only has the food been insufficiently brought in, it was completely blocked for many, many months, while the Gazan’s also were deprived of proper drinking water. When some food was allowed in, the Israelis have been accused of helping marauders seize it (those being the same gangs that the IDF now pays to “police” certain areas along the ever tightening noose of the Orange-Yellow Line, and by “police” we mean kill people, steal more food, and terrorize people), and IDF soldiers killed food workers. Both food and medicine that the Israelis HAVE allowed in have not been distributed properly, allowing deprivation to persist. It’s one thing to say X amount of food crossed a boundary that YOU imposed, it’s another to say that the food got to starving people. As we know, the IDF killed many people from World Kitchen, and their food was left in buildings when they wisely fled the IDF attacks. Let’s take a closer look at Netanyahu’s claim:
In fact, Bibi, 59 percent of the population (about 1.2 million people) still faced Crisis-level or worse food insecurity in April–June 2026, with projections of 67 percent by year-end. Distributions often covered only 50–75 percent of caloric needs because of stock limits, funding shortfalls, and access constraints; thousands of children continued to require treatment for acute malnutrition.
Water volume claims similarly differ from on-the-ground reporting. COGAT states more than 70,000 cubic meters per day meet humanitarian standards via pipelines and desalination. UN partners document damaged infrastructure, electricity shortages, low chlorination, and continued reliance on trucking.
Medicine: UN health clusters note ongoing shortages of essential drugs that constrain care.
Looting and violence around aid are documented on both sides of the ledger. Israel attributes large-scale theft to Hamas. UN memos, Washington Post reporting, and Forensic Architecture investigations describe armed gangs—including IDF-paid groups operating in Israeli-controlled areas such as the Popular Forces/Abu Shabab—seizing convoys.
Separate 2025 incidents at Gaza Humanitarian Foundation sites and along aid routes involved IDF fire that killed hundreds of civilians seeking food; Human Rights Watch and UN figures recorded over 2,600 deaths of aid-seekers in that period, alongside strikes on kitchens and warehouses. These events sit outside the aggregate tonnage Netanyahu cited. Netanyahu presents entry volumes and selected health interventions as decisive evidence against intent and the wider, longer picture. Independent monitors treat those volumes as real but incomplete: they do not automatically translate into safe, equitable, or sufficient access once inside Gaza, where distribution systems remain fragmented, security incidents persist, and food-insecurity metrics stay elevated.

NETANYAHU QUICK-VISITS UAE AFTER LEAK RE 10-7 FOREKNOWLEDGE

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu secretly visited Abu Dhabi on Sunday, meeting UAE President Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed, Israeli sources said. The hours-long talks focused on Iran amid the regional war. Netanyahu asked him to deny Haaretz reports that the sheikh warned of a Hamas attack before October 7, 2023. Israel and the UAE have official diplomatic ties and open communication since the 2020 Abraham Accords. Neither government issued immediate confirmation of the meeting. LINK - more

And… This adds more testimony to the growing evidence that the Israelis under Netanyahu let 10-7 happen… And we must recall the IDF slaughter in Gaza earlier that year. By late August, OCHA recorded 219 Palestinian fatalities from Israeli actions across the occupied territories and Gaza in 2023, most from live fire during operations and a smaller number from airstrikes. The majority occurred in the West Bank, particularly in and around Jenin, Nablus, and Tulkarm refugee camps. Hundreds more Palestinians were injured. The largest single operation was in Jenin refugee camp on 3–4 July 2023. Israeli forces used drones, ground troops, and armored vehicles; 12 Palestinians were killed (Palestinian Islamic Jihad claimed eight as its fighters) and more than 100 were wounded. One Israeli soldier died, later confirmed as friendly fire. The raid caused significant damage to infrastructure and temporarily displaced hundreds of residents.

THE FALSE FLAG UK RAF BASE “TERROR PLOT”

UK claims of an Iranian terror attempt at RAF Fairford lack hard evidence. Five British Londoners were arrested after a farmer spotted vans and masked men near the US-used base, then released on bail. Police cite multiple inquiries, including possible state proxies, but confirm no Iranian link; Tehran denies it. Trump said his government knew and had them “under view for a long time.” If so, why let vans reach the perimeter, and why did a civilian’s 999 call—not intelligence—halt any purported bombing? LINK

As of 4 PM, 9-28, current world oil spot prices showed West Texas Intermediate crude trading at $92.55 per barrel while the Brent benchmark hovered near $105 per barrel. The average U.S. regular gasoline price stood at $4.48 per gallon and diesel at $6.45 per gallon according to the latest AAA data.

At the close of this Assembly, I will be attaching a link to an excellent piece on the Hegelian false-choice that is rising in the US, a non-choice between two collectivist political parties, one a welfarist leftist group that purports to oppose military aggression while promoting the use of government aggression against people here to make them pay taxes, and the other a “right” wing party that embraces international war, tariffs (which the left adored under Biden) and corporate-fascism, Trump-style. The author, a prof of economics at George Mason, compares this phenomenon to what already has transpired in Chile. It’s a great piece.

UNITED NATIONS FALLOUT - Pt 3 of appx a Week of SUPA-DRAMA Coverage

UNO. Simple, correct. - More on Iran, after our first set of UN-Netanyahu-US-Warmongerers coverage…

This, next, comes from a man representing the government that started and continues a military attack on Iran that has caused the vast majority of the economically disastrous shortages, and a government that is responsible for the ouster of Ukraine’s elected leader in late 2013, replaced by a pro-NATO/US lapdog that used US $ n’ weapons to slaughter thousands in the Donbass in 2014.

But Trump doesn’t want the Ukraine war to stop, and the US has had to have helped Ukraine hit those Russian targets. In fact, on the Iranian side of it, we see Trump continuing to recklessly threaten Iran, prolonging the closure of Homuz, increasing costs for us, and increasing the debt of the US.

Trump Saturday rejected Iran’s “Seven-Day Proposal” to reopen the Strait of Hormuz and restart nuclear talks if Washington lifts its illegal naval blockade. He insisted Iran is “losing badly.” This latest snub extends the United States’ unconstitutional and immoral war of aggression. President Pezeshkian affirmed Iran is ready for talks but rejects bullying. Tehran continues its just resistance against U.S. strikes that slaughtered civilians including children.
The “Seven-Day Proposal, conveyed to the United States via Qatar during the UN General Assembly, offered an accelerated version of the collapsed June Islamabad memorandum. The clock would start upon U.S. acceptance. Washington would then have four to five days to halt hostilities across the region, including in Lebanon; lift its naval blockade of Iranian ports; waive sanctions on Iranian oil sales; and release at least $12 billion in frozen Iranian assets. Iran would reopen the Strait of Hormuz on the sixth day. Comprehensive talks on Iran’s nuclear program would begin on the seventh day. Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi showed great smarts when he said the required U.S. steps were already contained in the earlier memorandum and could be implemented quickly if Washington showed seriousness. - Clearly, this exposed the fact that the original MOU meant nothing to the US Admin, and the US has other intentions than abiding by its own agreements.

THUS, Iran saw Trump reject their MOU-Pt 2 proposal (known as the “Seven Days” Proposal). Nima A and Larry J offer valuable thoughts on this and on the 77 heads of state who walked out of the UN when Netanyahu got up to speak.

… and they have responded by warning any unauthorized (by the state if Iran) ships that they will be hit or intercepted. As far as the state-v-state battles go, they are justified, but on a deeper, human level, no state action is justified, because it requires civilians to pay for the action.

-Israeli occupation forces killed at least ten Palestinians, including a one-year-old child, in a series of attacks across Gaza from September 22 to 24. Drone strikes targeted vehicles and tents housing displaced families in Khan Younis, Deir al-Balah and Gaza City. On September 23 four more died in airstrikes Israel said hit a Hamas finance official. This latest wave of violence despite the “ceasefire” has now claimed over 1,400 Palestinian lives since October 2025. LINK

This is about more than repatriation. It is about shoving the people away from the US to nations where the governments typically have accepted US bribes of loans, weapons promises or straight-up payments. This covers the 25K matter, and it is well worth reading.

On Liberty Conspiracy Live, we have discussed this anti-constitutional, anti-judicial attempt to deport people, simply by accusing them of “terrorism” or “aiding” it. The defendants get no Due Process, no Habeas, nothing, and so are incentivized to plead and come to a deal that will see them deported. This is what just happened in the first case brought to the fake “court” since it was resurrected after decades of being unused, unpopulated, and not funded via taxes. Here’s more that I got to research, today: Rabbi Yechiel Eckstein (1951–2019) founded what became the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews in 1983 after leaving the Anti-Defamation League, where he had worked on “interfaith outreach.” The group started as the Holyland Fellowship of Christians and Jews in Chicago. It was renamed the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews in 1991. Early growth was modest and mostly Jewish-funded. The turning point came after the Soviet collapse: the “On Wings of Eagles” program paid for flights bringing Jews from the former Soviet Union (and later Ethiopia, Ukraine, and elsewhere) to Israel. Evangelical donors responded strongly to the biblical framing. Television appeals featuring figures such as Pat Boone, Jerry Falwell, and Pat Robertson scaled fundraising rapidly. By the 2010s the organization was raising well over $100 million a year, almost entirely from Christians, and had become one of Israel’s largest private aid sources. Eckstein made aliyah, became an Israeli citizen in 2002, and died of sudden cardiac arrest in Jerusalem on February 6, 2019, at age 67. His daughter Yael, already a senior executive, succeeded him. The payments that draw criticism are executive compensation. Public Form 990 filings and contemporary reporting show Eckstein receiving:

• Mid-2000s figures around $400,000–$500,000 total compensation.

• 2007 reported compensation of about $824,000.

• 2008–2014: roughly $464,000 in salary plus large deferred pension contributions averaging about $419,000 a year.

• 2018: more than $700,000.

• 2019 (the year he died): total compensation reported near $3 million, which IFCJ said included a death benefit paid to his widow. Combined with Yael’s pay that year, family-related compensation approached $4 million.

Critics (including some Christian ministry watchdogs and Israeli press) called the numbers high relative to the donor base—many small gifts from middle- and lower-income evangelicals—and compared them unfavorably with leaders of some similarly sized ministries. The organization and its board have long replied that pay was set by an independent compensation committee using outside consultants (Towers Watson / Willis Towers Watson), that it met IRS “reasonable compensation” rules, and that Charity Navigator and similar raters have given the group passing marks on finances. Most of the budget still goes to grants and program work in Israel and Jewish communities abroad rather than salaries. In 2023 leaked files from the reputation firm Eliminalia showed attempts to remove blog posts criticizing the Ecksteins’ pay, using what The Washington Post described as bogus copyright complaints. IFCJ said it did not hire the firm and suggested Eckstein may have done so privately; the episode added to the appearance of trying to manage the optics of the compensation. No public record of criminal charges or proven diversion of funds has emerged. The pattern that looks “corrupt” to critics is therefore the combination of high, family-linked pay, a large one-time death-year payout, succession by the founder’s daughter, and efforts to suppress salary criticism—while the organization itself continued to grow and deliver large-scale PR to Israel.
TIES TO ISRAELI GUBMENT: IFCJ has had repeated official, operational, and financial ties with Israeli ministries, the IDF, and related institutions…Yechiel Eckstein served as an adviser to Prime Minister Ariel Sharon. In 2005 the Israeli government appointed him Goodwill Ambassador of the State of Israel ($ is sent from the Israeli gubment not directly to IFCJ, but to HaKeren L’Yedidut (the Amutah), which operates as IFCJ’s arm in Israel. That entity has received government money through joint, matching programs with the Ministry of Welfare and Social Affairs), with a focus on evangelical communities, especially in Latin America. In 2010 Welfare and Social Services Minister Isaac Herzog gave him the government’s first Award for Special Contribution to the Welfare of the People of Israel. Joint programs with ministries. IFCJ’s Israeli affiliate (Hakeren L’Yedidut) has worked directly with the Ministry of Labor, Welfare and Social Affairs. A 2022 announcement described a $70 million, three-year joint initiative for food, medicine, housing help, and other aid to poor families, Holocaust survivors, the elderly, and the homeless; applicants go through local welfare offices. Tax filings for the affiliate have described additional joint funding agreements with the Welfare Ministry (one cited figure was $11.5 million for material assistance). After October 7, the government also matched part of an IFCJ emergency welfare fund for evacuees. Coordination with the IDF and civil defense. IFCJ has installed hundreds of mobile bomb shelters in coordination with the IDF Home Front Command, which decides placement. Similar coordination covers bus-stop shelters near the Lebanon border, armored vehicles, flak jackets, and hospital protected spaces. The group has also partnered with the IDF on aid deliveries to Christian and Druze communities in Syria. Local municipalities and Home Front Command have asked IFCJ for rapid help in wartime because it can move money and equipment faster than some official channels. Aliyah and other state-adjacent work. The organization has funded immigration to Israel (On Wings of Eagles and later its own flights), historically working with and later independently of the Jewish Agency. In 2001 it put $2 million into launching Nefesh B’Nefesh after a request associated with Benjamin Netanyahu. It also supports IDF-related charities such as Friends of the IDF and soldier-family aid.Yael Eckstein has described the group as implementing programs “on behalf of the government when there’s no other organization to do that” and partnering with “almost every single large organization” in its fields in Israel, while saying IFCJ itself stays out of partisan politics. U.S. Form 990s typically show little or no direct Israeli government grant income on the American entity; the operational link runs through the Israeli affiliate, matching funds, and on-the-ground coordination rather than IFCJ being a government contractor or official arm.

The Hague Group is a coalition of sovereign states, not a private organization, though it was convened by the transnational network Progressive International and relies on that group for secretariat support. It was launched on 31 January 2025 in The Hague by government representatives who issued a joint statement pledging coordinated legal and diplomatic measures. Founding states were Belize, Bolivia, Colombia, Cuba, Honduras, Malaysia, Namibia, Senegal and South Africa. Belize left within a month; Honduras and Bolivia withdrew in March 2026; Colombia (a former co-chair) left in August 2026 after a change of government. As of now, late September, 2026, the remaining core members listed are South Africa (chair), Cuba, Malaysia, Namibia and Senegal. Larger meetings have drawn 30–40 participating or observing states beyond the formal members. It has no independent court, police, or binding treaty of its own. “Enforcement” consists of coordinated national policies that participating governments say implement existing third-state duties under ICJ advisory opinions and UN General Assembly resolutions. Announced measures have included:

• Restrictions or bans on arms, ammunition, dual-use goods and military fuel transfers to Israel.

• Port, flag-state and transit controls on vessels carrying such cargo.

• Reviews of public procurement, contracts and investment to avoid support for settlements or occupation.

• Support for ICC arrest warrants and universal-jurisdiction prosecutions.

• Non-recognition of settlements and restrictions on settlement goods.

• Screening or visa measures tied to military service records.

These remain voluntary domestic actions; the Group itself cannot compel compliance.

Semiconductors, quantum computing, and advanced manufacturing

• Intel: Commerce Department converted unpaid CHIPS Act grants and other funds into 433.3 million common shares (9.9 percent) plus a five-year warrant for another 5 percent that triggers under certain conditions.

• North American Blue Energy Partners: 35 percent equity granted at no cash cost (tied to Venezuelan oil concessions).

A separate but related mechanism is the 15 percent revenue-sharing arrangement with Nvidia and AMD on certain AI-chip sales to China in exchange for export licenses; this is not an equity stake. Many of the equity deals are framed as conditions for CHIPS Act funding, Defense Production Act or Office of Strategic Capital support, or national-security approvals rather than open-market purchases. Status varies: some positions are closed with shares issued, others remain letters of intent or definitive agreements pending issuance.

From a free-market perspective, the Trump Administration’s contemplated plan to ban diesel exports is a costly mistake that will ultimately backfire. The United States currently exports about 1.3 million barrels of diesel per day according to recent EIA figures. Refining crude oil into diesel fuel takes roughly three days once crude arrives at the refinery, after which additional days are needed to test, store, schedule and load the product onto ships for export. (LINK) A ban would leave Gulf Coast refiners with unsellable surplus they cannot easily ship inland due to pipeline limits and Jones Act costs. They would reduce crude runs, cutting gasoline and jet fuel production simultaneously. Short-term price dips in producing regions would be followed by higher prices everywhere as overall supply contracts. Diesel is a world-demanded fuel, thus, global markets would tighten sharply, raising costs for U.S. import-dependent areas and agricultural partners abroad. Such interventions discourage long-term investment. Free markets, not export bans, best serve all American consumers.
CONSTITUTIONALLY - A presidential diesel-export ban, with no declared war, exceeds the Constitution’s allocation of power. Article I gives Congress—not the President—authority “to regulate Commerce with foreign Nations.” The Executive is not a roving legislature and cannot embargo American goods merely to manage pump prices. The Export Clause shows the Framers’ special caution toward outbound trade: “No Tax or Duty shall be laid on Articles exported from any State.” That text bars taxes, not every regulation, yet it confirms exports were not to be lightly burdened. Congress’s tariff power is a taxing power aimed at imports; it does not let the President invent an export prohibition. No official war has been declared. War powers therefore supply no independent authority for a peacetime fuel embargo. Even Jefferson sought a statute from Congress for the 1807 embargo. Treasury Secretary Albert Gallatin warned him: “Governmental prohibitions do always more mischief than had been calculated; and it is not without much hesitation that a statesman should hazard to regulate the concerns of individuals as if he could do it better than themselves.” That warning still applies.
MORALLY - no one has a right to block anyone from engaging in peaceful market exchange.

The Iranian Prez spoke, and made very valid points, at the UN:

Bessent’s “Don’t help Iranian flights” at least is not trying to repeat the US shooting Iranian passenger planes the way the US did thirty years ago. What is the latest? Well… Multiple reports from September 22–23 describe several countries restricting Iranian airlines from landing or receiving services after U.S. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent’s warning that entities providing fuel, landing, or ticketing support risked exclusion from the dollar system. Georgia imposed a blanket ban on Iranian flights to and from the country. Aa expected, Azerbaijan suspended Iranian-operated flights from September 22, citing the new U.S. aviation sanctions. Iraq ordered a halt to Iranian flights into Baghdad (with talks about possible rerouting to Najaf). Oman stopped accepting Iranian flights at Muscat. A Tehran travel agent told AFP that routes to Qatar were also cancelled. Turkey asked Mahan Air to suspend its services there, though other Iranian carriers continued flying to Istanbul and some other Turkish destinations. These actions were not uniform. China continued to accept Iranian flights, including a Mahan Air arrival in Guangzhou on September 23, and publicly opposed the unilateral sanctions. Some other routes, such as certain flights to Turkey, Najaf, and Dubai, were still operating or under discussion according to Iranian officials and flight data.

TRUMP AT UN n’ WAAAR

Trump admits the VZ op was not about drugs. Good thing his VP vowed that killing all those 200+ people off the coast of VZ and in the eastern Pacific to “stop drugs” was “good”. Those would be people killed extrajudicially (even IF they had been given Due Process, the federal drug statutes are unconstitutional, and even if they were allowed with an Amendment, the process of the polis taking your money to pay for its “policing” of the statutes would be immoral…

He also says that he has “made peace.” Too bad all the people he has ordered his willing accomplices in the US Military to kill aren’t around to answer.

And, after making that claim, he proceeds to threaten the annihilation of the Iranian population, thousands of whom already are dead at his hands.

Yet, Trump simultaneously claims he thinks that AFTER the Mid-terms, he will get a “deal” with Iran. - Again, Daniel Davis and Douglas MacGregor explain that the Iranian government is consistent and clear about their position.

Meanwhile, this is what the GOP offers.

The Iranians, again, are straight-forward. ran has publicly said it sent seven conditions to the United States through Qatari mediators as the basis for any talks to end the current war. Officials such as Supreme National Security Council secretary Mohsen Rezaei have not released one complete official document listing all seven side by side. Instead they have named overlapping demands in interviews and posts. The conditions most consistently reported across Iranian statements and subsequent coverage are:

• An end to the war on all fronts, including Lebanon (and, in some accounts, Yemen).

• Release of Iran’s frozen funds/assets abroad (described as billions of dollars; later comments have referred to seeking the full amount upfront).

• Lifting of the U.S. naval blockade on Iranian ports.

• A halt to U.S. military attacks and other aggression against Iranian territory.

• An end to U.S. interference in Iran’s internal affairs.

• An end to U.S. cooperation with or backing of Iranian opposition groups (“opponents of the revolution”).

• Reopening of the Strait of Hormuz, which Iranian officials have tied to fulfillment of the other terms.

Iran has also said it is prepared for a “decisive war” if the conditions are rejected

Early Tuesday, troops stormed al-Karmel village near Hebron, confiscating two water tankers heading to Masafer Yatta and detaining the drivers, cutting off water supplies to vulnerable communities. Settlers assaulted a family including women and children in Yatta, while more than 200 settlers damaged homes and vehicles in Al-Mazra’a Al-Sharqiya. Livestock was stolen in Silwad and olive trees uprooted near Ramallah and Ni’lin. The Israeli military tightened closures around Ramallah, restricting movement. These assaults deprive Palestinians of water, safety and livelihoods under occupation.

High energy prices—the predictable result of cutting cheap Russian pipeline gas under EU and US pressure—plus Chinese competition and tariffs are gutting the industry that once powered the country. Workers demand cheaper energy and protection for German production instead of further EU-driven deindustrialization. This street anger follows the CDU’s historic humiliation on 20 September. Merz’s party scored just 4.9 percent in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania and fell out of a state parliament for the first time since 1949, while the AfD took 38 percent. Berlin voters also punished the chancellor. The twin results show voters rejecting Merz’s Atlanticist confrontation with Russia that has driven energy costs sky-high and cost industrial jobs. The people want an end to Brussels-aligned policies that sacrifice German prosperity.

Here, Mike Waltz avoids the reality that, indeed, the Admin IS breaching the First Amendment, and he will not acknowledge the problem of govt-owned-run systems that cannot and will not accommodate everyone’s rights (and always break them in order to see the polis exist).
