There's still way too much info being thrown way too fast...the sub is quickly showing itself to be superior to the dub when it comes to dialogue/translations. Physics plays no meaning in this world. Lauren cries from laughter while Bridget rants in confusing accents over what she just watched.

The dice has spoken and we must obey...we must watch JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Phantom Blood. Lauren has the giggles as Bridget tries to wrap her head around what they're watching, and quickly realizing maybe she isn't as weeby as she thought...yet. Warning: there's a sad dog part in here...what's with anime and dog deaths?!

The Levi Squad is cornered by the Female Titan and...well...Lauren and Bridget shed a lot of tears. All three episodes just shatter your heart.

Next week is the last episodes of season one! Also if anyone has an extra Levi popcorn bucket from Universal Studios Japan...please send to Bridget ASAP. Thank you in advance.

We watch the continued destruction of the Scouts by this agile and murderous new titan. But does she have a soft spot for Armin? Why is the female titan after the scouts if not to eat them? Also, RIP to many Scouts we lose in this episode that we just met in this episode.

Were you confused last week? Well, guess what, so were we. Bridget accidentally covered episode 11 and didn't realize it! So we recap that episode this week (knowingly this time) and Lauren raves about the new show she loves - Ranking of Kings!

Sorry for the delay in the episode! We ran into not one, not two, but three different accounts of technical difficulties. The show uses these three episodes to set up a lot here! Is Eren too mean to Mikasa still? Yes. Is Armin smart? Yes, and they'll tell you over and over again. We are finally, formally introduced to our other anime trio - Erwin, Levi, and Hange! (We stan that trio HARD.)

We're gonna apologize right out of the gate for going a little off the rails this week. But it was fun. Lauren and Bridget are trudging through the Struggle for Trost and things are really grim...squadrons are defeated, Eren is dead, Mikasa is having some character growth?, and poor sweet Armin is having a mental breakdown. Also we have the humor of middle schoolers. Lauren hates Krista and Bridget hates Eren. Mi casa es su casa or Mikasa es sukasa? Aristocats or Aristocrats? When in doubt, blast it out?

There's a lot to process this week.
