It was hard to put my finger on at first. But what I was feeling was loneliness. I felt like it crept up out of nowhere and then Bam it hit me like a ton of bricks I was feeling deeply alone. This one is tricky and might sneak up on you. We have to be aware of when we are playing the comparison game but not to others instead to prior versions of ourselves. A gentle reminder that everything comes in waves there is a season for all of it, and if you just hang on you will get back to shore.
