Ya'll remember Your Fat Friend? It seems like forever ago but that anonymous account on twitter that told the world what it was like to be fat was not only life changing but also part of a greater movement. Does that movement even exist anymore? We talk about the film Your Fat Friend with Aubrey Gordon, directed by Jeanie Finlay. This film documents Aubrey and her journey of being "your fat friend", writing a book, and also opens wider discussions on being in a fat body and the fat experience. We discuss why we loved the film, what it made us think, and also the exhaustion of having to defend fat people's humanity. This is an episode favorite you don't want to miss AND IT HAS SPOILERS. But you should definitely go watch this film.

Mercury is REALLY retrograding this month but have no fear, we have an episode! We sat down with the amazing Cynthia Vincent, owner and creator of the fashion brand BACAAL. This plus size brand is elegant, timeless, and sustainable. Kat and Jenny sit down with Cynthia to discuss sustainability, making your own way, and being a bold gaudy babe. Although the audio is a bit weird due to recording issues, we know you'll enjoy this episode!

In this episode, we discuss what makes us "cringe". What even is cringe? Is cringe simply our inner desire trying to get out? Our shadow self? Or is the other person giving us cringe really that annoying? only you can decide!

Happy Halloween babies! This episode comes out a bit early. Kat and Jenny went on a tour of New England and ended up in the spookiest town in the USA - Salem MA. They enjoyed the spooky festivities of the Mass's most ghoulish town by staying in a haunted hotel: The Merchant Hotel. Did anything happen? Who knows. You figure it out!
We welcome onto the podcast the amazing and talented Paulina Pinsky! She is an accomplished writer, comedian, fashionable gal about town, and so much more (including a figure skater). This chat was so warm, and filled with deep stories and connections as we traversed difficult topics like getting sober and addiction. This is an episode NOT to be missed.
