  • Meet Ellen Patnaude!

Ellen Patnaude has always been fascinated by how a

person’s nature and nurture combined causes them to
interact with the people around them. She is a Detroit,
MI native and graduated from Alma College with a BA
in Biology & French. She thought she wanted to be
Jacques Cousteau, but her first few science-based jobs
pointed clearly towards working with people. She
worked for several years as a community organizer in
Indiana and Ohio. Returning to Michigan in 2005, her
reputation followed her for challenging people to see
and be a better version of themselves, and the phone
started ringing. Since then, Ellen has built an
    internationally recognized company supporting
individuals and teams in improving everyday important
interactions. She recently published a new book, “I Thought You Knew... Confessions of a Chronic Assumer (and How to Stop Guessing your way through Important Interactions)”, available through your favorite online bookseller or her company website.
Ellen is a credentialed PCC-level Executive Coach (from the International Coach Federation
(ICF), and certified in multiple assessment tools, including the AcuMax Index®, MRG’s
Leadership Effectiveness Analysis LEA360® and Leadership Culture® assessments, Genos
International’s Emotional Intelligence toolkit, and Equine-Guided Learning practices from
Innovative Horizons. Her company has recently been certified as an LGBTQ+ owned business.
Ellen lives in mid-Michigan with her wife, Dani, at least one and as many as three teenagers at
any given time, three cats, and a dog with way too much energy.

  • Meet FLAMY GRANT!

Award-winning and Billboard-charting artist Flamy Grant is a shame-slaying, hip-swaying, singing-songwriting drag queen from western North Carolina. Her 2022 debut record, Bible Belt Baby, was nominated for Best Pop Album at the San Diego Music Awards, and she is a winner of the 2023 Kerrville Folk Festival New Folk Competition. Both a powerhouse vocalist and an intrepid songwriter, Flamy blends the art of drag with her iconic folk/rock sound to create a memorable musical experience.

Flamy is the first drag performer to appear on Christian music charts, with both her song “Good Day” and her Album Bible Belt Baby reaching #1 on iTunes — the latter staying at the top for nine consecutive days. Additionally, “Good Day” debuted at #20 on Billboard’s Christian digital sales chart. Flamy has collaborated with Adeem the Artist, Jennifer Knapp, Semler, and Derek Webb. In addition to playing the New Folk winner's showcase at the 2023 Kerrville Folk Festival, she has played Wild Goose Festival in North Carolina, San Diego Pride's SheFest, and is headlining Blount County Pride in East Tennessee this September.

It’s no accident that Flamy’s drag name is an homage to Amy Grant, the undisputed queen of Christian music and 90s chart-topping pop artist. Much of Flamy’s music centers on the queer spiritual journey, telling stories of resilience and recovery from religious trauma in a world where LGBTQ+ people are frequently ignored by, harmed in, or ejected from religious spaces. With a bold lip, a big lash, and a blistering voice, Flamy drags audiences to a soulful, uplifting church of her own making. This down-to-earth diva has entertained music lovers from Los Angeles to Nashville with her funny, frank, and fabulous songs.

  • Meet Dalton Wesley-Goins MacBeth!

I am Dalton Wesley-Goins MacBeth. I was born in Cincinnati, Ohio and developed Cerebral Palsy shortly after birth due to being born at 27 weeks. I was raised in southeastern Ohio in two Pentecostal denominations: the Church of God (Cleveland, TN) and the Assemblies of God. As I grew, I was always curious about faith and started to discern a call to ministry after being baptized at five and starting to speak in tongues at 8. When I was fifteen, I moved to Nicaragua and served as Pentecostal missionary for a year during my senior year of high school.  The next six years, I spent at Lee University (the Church of God college) studying a B.A. in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages, a B.A. in Theology, and an M.A. in Theology. During this process, I also became an ordained minister in the Church of God. Since 2018, I have had to wrestle with queerness, racism, Christian nationalism, and COVID-19 in a way that has led me to settle and seek ordination in the United Methodist Church. I am an avid reader, history butt, traveler, Cincinnati and Ohio State sports fan. Grey's Anatomy fan, and Swiftie!
