On today's episode it is ALL about PRIDE! It is our month to celebrate, to remember, to push forward, to grieve, and to bolster our resistance! We have accomplished so much and yet our fight is not over. We are not done until all of us can say who we are not afraid to lose our lives, our spouses, our homes, or our jobs is we say that we are gay, or queer, or trans, etc. Let's party and show the world we are worthy of our equitable and equal rights AND the love of the God of our understanding.

On today's episode I focus on our memories that we may hold dear, those who have served our country, and memories that have created pain and a path not traveled. I open the door for our memories to be an inspiration and an opportunity to release the tethers and the shame. Then, we can give ourselves permission to soar.

On today's episode I focus on our relationships with our mothers and our heavenly father and mother. Celebrating a parental holiday can be painful for us who have had conflicted relationships with our parent(s). I believe that when possible, if we can grow through the wounds inflicted on us, our love can survive.

Taking this self permission journey is critical to keep us grounded during the ups, downs, and toxicity that surrounds us. We can be who we are created to be and keep our spiritual vessels fueled.
