Let's dive deep into understanding the main stress triggers for INFPs, the impact of personal values on INFPs’ stress levels, and the role that ongoing conflicts and excessive details play in intensifying stress. And, of course, we'll explore the most effective techniques that INFPs can use to alleviate their stress and regain balance.

1. Discover effective ways of relaxation - doing something nostalgic or stress-relieving like listening to music or walking in a familiar park.
2. Slowly build in more extraverted thinking into your life - plan and organize a few things to improve your skillset and reduce stress.
3. Engage in physical activities - go for walks, run, or participate in activities like yoga or dancing to release the stress.
4. Practice better breathing - breathe in for a count of 7 and out for a count of 11 to calm your body down and regain control of the situation.
5. Check your metaphors - understand and consciously change the metaphors related to stress in your life to gain new perspectives.
6. Awareness of your tendencies and recognizing the natural cycle of stress helps in reducing stress over time.

TVtropes.org has a great source of \"RPG elements\" that I decided to convert into a way to gamify self development. This one is called \"An Adventurer is You!\". In this video I give a runthrough of the 8 cognitive functions as I've personified them as RPG characters so you can more easily pinpoint your purpose. Your strengths are based on your skills, your interests, and your approach to problem-solving and the world needs you to play big.
