After a short break whilst Scott moved house the grouchy old geeks are back to go over some of the latest news and their voyages through geekdom. Covered in this episode (amongst other things) are: Creed 2, Star Trek vs Orville, Jerusalem by Alan Moore, a Joker movie and the new generation of audiobooks.

Finally unlike Bad Boys 3 (gutted they're not doing another one) the Bad boys of geekdom - Monts and Nuge are back.

No real main topic just a lot of catching up on what they've been reading and watching.

All I'll say is there are spoliers for Iron Fist but other than that it's all good.

Other stuff discussed include The Expanse,Faith,Velvet,The Defenders (no spoliers) and more.

Enjoy!

This is Bags of Action. The podcast devoted to action movies, both old and new, but all of them are awesome! In this episode Steve and Pete are joined by semi-regular co-host Barry Nugent from Geek Syndicate. This episode we are talking about the 1995 film Bad Boys starring Will Smith and Martin Lawrence. 22 years on from when the film came out, how does it hold up? This was in the early days of Michael Bay when he was on a high, but is it as good as we remember?

This month Steve and Scott are celebrating their 10 years of podcasting. Ten years ago, in a galaxy far far away, Comic Book Outsiders was born, where Steve and Scott met and recorded their first ever episode. Over time the show has transformed, been rebooted, and even been renamed, but it's still us, talking Geeky nonsense on the internet. This episode we start with some news and reviews and then for our main feature, we take a look back at where the media was 10 years ago, and made our predictions for where we think geek culture, media, and pop culture entertainment will be in 10 more years time. Send in your ideas too for the future of geekdom!

This is Bags of Action. The podcast devoted to action movies, both old and new, but all of them are awesome! In this episode Steve and Pete are joined by a special guest, Barry Nugent, the co-host of Geek Syndicate to discuss another film from the 1980s that he chose, The Golden Child starring Eddie Murphy. How does it hold up today? Loaded with trivia they dig deep its into similarities with other films of that era and its connections to John Carpenter.

After the usual news and reviews, Steve imprisons Scott in a crashing spacecraft with limited time to salvage all of his favourite genre media before he gets marooned forever on an alien world. Come hear what he picks!

Matt and Kehaar take another turn off from the Legendary Creators series to speak to James Desborough, Game Designer of Dark and Controversial Games, to speak on his current project; bringing to life John Norman's "Gor". This series of novels inspires a number of reactions across fandom, many of them unfavorable, but it also has its own cult (and as we discuss, Actual Cult) following. We also get into:

• Adapting properties with devoted followings
• Gor as a living, gameable world for its inhabitants
• Dark Fantasy vs The Real World
• "Butting heads" (James words!) over Gamergate

James website can be found at https://postmortemstudios.wordpress.com/ and he can be seen and heard at https://www.youtube.com/user/PostmortemVideo
