By default, you are already opt in to the service so Google has the rights to use your name and your profile picture for their Google Ads. How do you opt out from this? Here's a step by step.

1) Go to google.com/settings and sign in to your Google account if you haven't sign in yet.

2) At the right hand corner of your browser, click on "Google+" and under "Shared Endorsements" click on edit.

3) Scroll to the bottom and you should see a ✓ at the "Based upon my activity, Google may show my name and profile photo in shared endorsements that appear in ads". Untick that and click save.

4) Click on "Save" and click on "Continue".

5) Now you're all done! Congrats!
