The 90's Club Footy Podcast

Geelong / Essendon - Tim Darcy

Listen Later

This week we go back in time with former Geelong and Essendon utility Tim Darcy. Tim reminisces about his career, reflects on some of special moments during his time in the game.

Tim, a Geelong local, spent a large part of his footballing life at the Cattery, playing 176 games between 1982 and 1984, before spending his last season at the top level at Essendon.

In this chat, Tim talks about the playing in multiple Grand Final losses, Malcolm Blight, playing in defense during a golden era of gun forwards, playing with Gazza and his short stint at the Bombers.

A great listen with the ninety-ninth member of 'The 90's Club Footy Podcast'.
