    In Folge 4 sprechen Svenja und Lea über Gesundheit und darüber, wie sehr sie mit den gesellschaftlichen Verhältnissen verknotet ist. Über Macht und Empowerment, Stress, Trauma, Privilegien, Community und Verantwortung.

    Wie wirken sich Ausgrenzungserfahrungen auf das Erleben und Leben diskriminierter Personen aus? Was muss sich gesellschaftlich verändern, wer trägt dafür die Verantwortung und wie können von Diskriminierungen betroffene Menschen im Jetzt Handlungsspielräume ausloten? Und was hat das mit Straßenkreuzungen und Wespenstichen zu tun?

    Triggerwarnung: In dieser Folge geht es um Diskriminierungserfahrungen, psychische Belastung und Trauma. Wir haben versucht, gewaltvolle Inhalte so wenig wie möglich zu reproduzieren, es gibt jedoch eine Beschreibung sexistischer Mikroaggression. Neben großer Begeisterung über all die psychologischen Effekte von Achtsamkeitsübungen auf Körper und Gehirn stellen Tine und Svenja auch die Frage, wie das ganze mit Selbstoptimierung zusammenhängt.
