" David has become a widely-recognized LDS influencer with around 160k followers, cross-platform. Like us, David loves Elder Brown's message. We chat about how to avoid treating a testimony like it's for temporary use only, what basketball and dirt mounds have to do with defending our faith, and how a little competition with a sister missionary in Jamaica led Elder Brown to find his own sacred grove... in his bathroom!

He shared a powerful story of how living his faith as the only LDS member in his military squadron during basic training led to a miraculous priesthood blessing and the nickname, "Chaplain." We share examples of courage from Grand Blanc attack survivors and what children can teach us about peacemaking.

Clay and Mitch were joined by special guest, Elder Greg Cramer, an Idaho Falls employment center service missionary. Elder Cramer didn't initially have any interest in anything other than a proselytizing mission, but gained a powerful testimony of service work that surprised him. He and his wife have already served 2.5 years and just extended for another because they can't imagine life without the wonderful gospel teaching and temporal assistance experiences they're having! This was a wonderful conversation about what we can all learn from Elder Evanson's talk on going and doing likewise.

For our 200th episode(!), Clay and Mitch were joined by special guest, Seth Boyle. Elder Cuvelier is a soccer (football) player and shared a powerful story of a German ancestor. Seth Boyle has coached and refereed at some of the highest levels, including some girls who've gone on to win gold medals and a Ballon d'Or Féminin (global player of the year).

The Boyle family also has a special missionary connection to Germany. In addition to Seth's own service in East Germany at a time of massive Cold War unrest and change, his father, brother, and three daughters were all called to Germany. Gear up for a meaningful discussion and great stories!
