-Being part of a sandwich generation.
- How do we also look out for our parents, who probably don’t want our “parenting?”
-We are likely to have older kids... tweens, teens, young adults -
- wtf do you do with them in this time?
- How much say do they get?
- How are we all getting along? - Staying busy, active, homeschooling, eating somewhat healthy etc...
-Many of us are going through what could be called a midlife crisis, whether we want to admit it or not.
- We talk a lot about our mental health and quite often, the lack there-of.
- We discuss the Reset button and how to figure out not only who we are now as our kids get older and we find gaps in our own identities but also who we strive to be.
