On this episode of Generation Red: A Husker Podcast, Scott and Ken discuss the State of the Husker football program following the loss to UCLA.
Rather than covering the game in detail, the guys tackle some difficult questions that are swirling around the Husker football program after the lack of effort they saw in the shocking loss to the previously 2-5 UCLA Bruins.
This is more of a philisophical discussion, as opposed to a breakdown of what went wrong. Why bother? We all saw it. Tonight, we try to answer the question of why. Who is Nebraska? Why do they play so well in Columbus a week ago, and then literally crap the field at home against one of the worst teams in the conference? I am not sure if we ever arrive at any answers, but at least we believe it was therapeutic,

On this episode of Generation Red: A Husker Podcast, Ken and Scott look back at the nearly-miraculous Saturday morning in Columbus, OH. Not only did the Huskers basically shut down one of the most explosive offenses in college football, but they also scored some points in the second half! TEN of them! AND THREE FIELD GOALS!!!!! What happened?
Of course, not a single bigtime game can go by without the B1G referees inserting themselves and/or NOT asserting themselves when necessary. The boys discuss this with the aid of some screenshots from Twi-X.
They break down the offense, defense, and give their main take aways and MVP award before turning their attention to previewing the UCLA game on Nov 2.
