We dedicated the whole episode to our Bachelorette Tayshia and the back to back chaos that was The Men Tell All and HOMETOWNS!!!

The first half of the episode we discuss the fastest one-on-one date in history  and poor Blakes sad but gracious exit, the rose ceremony which left Tayshia with her final 4 men, as well as the unproblematic let down that was The Men Tell All. The second half, we pick apart each "hometown" date, as the final 4 men compete for Tayshia affection and introduce her to their families!!!

This week Lex and Kels sit down for a more serious discussion on coping with chronic illnesses and disabilities.

Kelsey shares her own experience with a disability and her diagnosis and journey with having Hip Dysplasia. Lexi also shares their personal experience being a friend and how to navigate it and support in a healthy way. For the rest of the episode, we answer our listeners questions on the specifics of coping with a chronic illness or disability. We discuss how to handle the diagnosis process, dealing with judgement and invalidation from others, as well as simple tips that were helpful for Kelsey and Lexi's process and journey that could be helpful for those dealing with similar situations

It was a beautiful, honest, and (in our opinion) extremely helpful conversation for others to  understand what life looks like for someone with a chronic illness or disability. As well as healthy ways to cope and get through the journey for those in it.

Dieting, losing weight, and striving for the "ideal body image" has been an issue for our entire lives. We grew up watching our parents cut out carbs, drink weird weightless shakes, and follow along crazy routines to become their "ideal self"

The Media and having social media has ruined the idea that we are built differently, run differently, and look differently. This week we are here to set the record straight on why Diet Culture is an abomination and help anyone who may deal with these scenarios throughout life. 

We answer questions on dealing with unhealthy habits from friends, pressure from society to diet, how to change your mindset, and MORE. I know we all have felt the pressures from others or society to try dieting or to change. Come listen and gain some insight on how to change that mindset for your own life and to help others see why Diet Culture is NOT GOOD!!
