We had too much to say about this flick to fit it into our regular episode so here are Generation X-Men Podcasts thoughts on Captain Marvel.

Oh boy talk about your episode's with a history. No Mutant is an Island is a troubled episode of X-Men: The Animated Series infamous for it's let's say.... unique animation style haha and it's delayed 2 year release date which put it's completely out of sync with the rest of the season but we're reviewing it in original script order for all of you to enjoy. Cyclops finds himself outta the X-Men having lost faith in losing Jean to the Phoenix.
What's really neat about this episode is that it's one of few where there are 2 versions available to different locations; the unaltered "bad" version on Hulu and the revised "bad" version of it for home release. Makes it an interesting watch for all the wrong reasons because the revised version is just as goofy.

"Hahahahaha...ahh hehe hahahaha -- You foolish fools; your foolishness amuses me." Intergalactic philsopher - D'Ken. What a crazy episode and the classic finale of The Phoenix Saga. With the M'Kraan Crystal fractured D'Ken absorbs the power and drags everything inside. He goes full Freddy Krueger, Thanos, in this absolute classic of X-Men: The Animated series.
PLUS Marvel Movie News we discuss Spider-Man: Not Far From Home/European Vaction/Euro Trip. Also my tiny and berated review of Aquaman haha. 

The Starjammers my new favourite space team. You know you're getting old when you call something the wrong name and your mate doesn't even notice -- I musta called them the Spacejammers 5 times during the pod and Brooksey never said shit haha either way we both feel this episode is the first one to start feeling like "The Phoenix Saga" and there's only one left. Dunno why, must be because we're finally in space and Phoenix is doing stuff.
Bit late but we discuss the 2 big trailer drops -- Captain Marvel and Avengers: Endgame. ALSO we do another fan cast, this time of The Starjammers themselves!

That's right he's back to talk Juggernaut -- we touch on the infamous "I'm the Juggernaut bitch" internet video and in Marvel Movie News we talk Venom's record shaking opening gross in China!

Ooo Yeah; The Reavers! Aussie Mercs in an underrated episode of X-Men: The Animated Series. Kicking of season 3 with a winner here in Out of the Past Part 1. I confused it with part 2 on the last podcast and was plesantly surprised at how awesome this was. New animation studio and a more rich and high contrast colour palette makes for a really visually distinct style of animated action here. Really ambitious action scenes too.
