This is a third personal solo episode about the war in Ukraine. I temporarily moved to Portugal with my family and you will hear a bit of information about our stay here. This time, I continue sharing with you the lessons and reflections from these 2 and a half months. One of the most noticeable things for me was how people were spending their energy on volunteering, just like the runners on marathons or sprints. I understood what is the best way for me to be helpful in this situation without hurting myself by doing things the way others did.
