Both of these things were deliberate, to create some space in my life.
The concept of space in weightlifting (rest)
The concept of space in eating healthy (refeed days/cheat days)
The body and mind cannot tolerate being under constant pressure forever
Eventually, the constant pressure grinds down the ability of your brain to function properly
Pressure—Rest—Pressure—Rest—etc.
The brain needs space for creativity
If it is occupied with doing, it cannot also create at the same time
Real creativity only happens when the mind is empty
