Wonderful story of a simple man.

Simply told story of a man who had to face many challenges in the years before WWII and after due in large part to physical disabilities. Despire having most major decisions made for him in early life, even to his career, he looks back in old age with great contentment and circumspection, and humour,at a lifetime of medical, physical, and emotional challenges. He also gives a true picture of England in those years.

It's a secret

The book contains a mishmash of what has been written many times previously, diet, exercise and the one secret. A lab is testing a plant said to extend life, but it's a secret so he can't say anything about it. The paper, because it's not long enough for a true book, contains nothing of any interest to anybody seriously researching this area. Save your money; don't buy. Sell you my copy cheap!!.......Tony

I loved this book

What a refreshing read, I just finished this wonderful book and it reminded me that there are amazingly talented author's who can touch your heart, your mind and your soul all at once. This will be a memorable read for any who pick up the book. My favorite book this year so far. This book is highly recommended.
