First in a sizzling new series from Jennifer Probst, the USA Today best-selling author adored for her "fresh, fun, and sexy" (Romancing the Book) storytelling!
In charming Verily, New York, Kate Seymour has a smashing success with Kinnections, the matchmaking service she owns with her two best girlfriends. But Kate's more than a savvy businesswoman: She's gifted with a secret power, a jolting touch that signals when love's magic is at work. It rocked her when she picked up a strange volume of love spells in the town's used bookstore...and it zapped her again when she encountered Slade Montgomery, the hot-tempered - and hot-bodied - divorce lawyer who storms into Kinnections demanding proof that playing Cupid won't destroy his vulnerable sister, Kate's newest client. The only way to convince this cynic that she's no fraud, and that love is no mirage, is for Kate to meet his audacious challenge: find him his dream woman. Can Kate keep their relationship strictly business when her electrifying attraction nearly knocked her off her feet? Or has the matchmaker finally met her match?

If you could play editor, what scene or scenes would you have cut from Searching for Someday?
It wasn't the scenes, so much as the overall arrogance and negativity of the "hero"...it went on for way to long into the book, with no hint it was going to change.
    Any additional comments?
I really tried to like this book, but the "hero" was so unlikable, I finally threw in the towel and removed it from my android. I didn't even skip ahead to see how it ended!
    Completely disappointed by Jennifer
What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?
This book is nothing like Jennifer's earlier books. It lacks believability, strong character connection, suspense, story... So disappointed. Each new book becomes progressively worst. I do think she is a good writer, but will not buy another book unless she proves she spent a good deal of time and energy into it.
    Blah!
I totally loved J.P's marriage bargain series...this was a poor attempt at something like that... I stopped at chapter 7 because I was bored. There were a few funny moments but...it just didn't hold my interest like her other series did...
    Awesome narration though....
Maybe a sale book if more people review that makes it past chapter 10.....
    Great Story Only 1 Issues
Issue 1: Mrs. Montgomery's explanation for filing for a separation was really stupid... that is all
    Cute
I enjoyed Probst's earlier series. After reading them I expected to have to suspend reality in order to accept the plot line of this book, and I did. It is pretty close to totally implausible. But, this book was light and fluffy. And sometimes fun. Probst has talent and I think she has wasted it so far, but she has enough talent that I will read the fluff she creates.
Again, Maby/Grant is one of my favorite narrators. I always look forward to listening to books she narrates.

    Wow Loved it.
I really really enjoyed this book. I fell in love with Cruz and Kendall (Kenny) from the beginning. This book is jam packed will all kinds of juicy goodness that you wont be able to put it down.
    someone to love
I thought the story was wonderful. Loved that Kendall had such a great sense of humor . Laughed out loud several times while listening.
    not worth it
I listened for free through kindle unlimited. only way to listen to the book. Narration killed it for me. I might have been able to get info the story if the narrators were different. only finished because I wanted to know how it ended.
there were times where they fought then within a couple of minutes it was like nothing happened. overall just not for me.
    Hard time staying with it.
What disappointed you about Someone to Love?
I would like to think that I am an extreme book reader/listener as I average about 5 to 6 books/audiobooks a week. I can usually tell right off if I am going to like it or not and this book just didn't cut it. I usually don't write reviews but felt obligated to do so this time. The overall story was not half bad, however it was really slow. All the connections to me seemed very unreal and the idea that this girl would go home with some stranger the first night she met him is unrealistic. I have read other Addison Moore books before however this one just did not make the cut.
    Trying hard
    Any additional comments?
The narrator's were good- except when they did the opposite sex voices (yikes)....the story is REALLY slow......I am on Chapter 12 and still NOTHING! I will have to listen to the rest to see what happens but this is the first time out of at least 40 audible books that I fast forward......hoping it picks up!

typical insta-love at first sight kind of romance
First, WANTED is not an original story line, regardless, I did like this book. The premise was sweet: love at first sight, need to break through obstacles to be with one another, drama, drama, and of course, the all-encompassing HEA. I would definitely consider this book Mature YA/New Adult, but I think it teetered more on the adult side.It starts out YA and worked its way up to a NA by the end. There was a considerable amount steam, not that they were explicit or anything, but more than your typical Mature YA story would have. The story is fairly simple and highly predictable. Some of it almost seemed immature and very juvenile. To sum things up, its a story about a young woman, who was raised by her beloved older brother and an alcoholic mother. Ellie has been on the receiving end of a lot of verbal abuse from her mother. She always kept telling Ellie that no one will ever want her. If it wasnt for her hard working older brother, Jefferson, she would be lost. Her previous two relationships have ended in utter disaster. Both times, her two good for nothing boyfriends were cheating on her because she wasnt ready to give up her elusive V-card, yet. When she caught her latest boyfriend having sex with another girl in the school theater, she broke down and called her big brother to come and get her. When her brother shows up to defend her and kick her latest boyfriends ass, he shows up with his best friend, Gunner. It was love at first sight for both Ellie and Gunner. Oh the joys of instant love!! Ellie's only saving grace growing up though was her older brother Jefferson. He always took care of Ellie and it was so sweet. Jefferson was definitely one of my favorite characters in this book. He was sweet, funny, and very protective. I liked him from the moment his character was introduced. And him and Ari (Ellie's bestfriend) cracked me up with their sexual tension and banter back & forth. Drew "Gunner" Mathews... delicious! He was just too good to be true. He seemed almost too sweet and perfect at times, but I realized that was what Ellie needed. I liked the Dual POV, but his book actually was a multiple POV book because you get a small glimpse into Jefferson and Ari's mind.

"Great story, narrator less than desirable"
Would you try another book from Susan Mallery and/or Tanya Eby?
The story was good, but the narrator has moments of robotic accent. Her accent was somewhat Midwestern at times and clipped and short like you were listening to a automated response from a computer. So I would listen to another one of Susan's books as long as the Tanya wasn't the narrator.
What was one of the most memorable moments of Three Little Words?
I liked that Ford and Isabel had such a history. They had their sweet moments. I also enjoyed the secondary romance between Kent and Consuelo.
Who would you have cast as narrator instead of Tanya Eby?
    Grace Grant, Jill Redfield
Was Three Little Words worth the listening time?
It was hard to adjust to the narration, but the story was compelling enough to ignore it.
    ridiculous conclusion.
Would you recommend this book to a friend? Why or why not?
I would not recommend it to a friend. The weak ending ruined the story
    Any additional comments?
The book was good, up until the conclusion, which was hastily and unsatisfactorily written.
The characters were likable, but my impression of the book was diminished due to the
abrupt ending, which was totally out of character for Ford and Isabel .
Can't get enough of Fool's Gold
Where does Three Little Words rank among all the audiobooks youve listened to so far?
WOW....I love this entire series. Anything Fool's Gold / Susan Mallery is an auto buy for me.
What other book might you compare Three Little Words to and why?
Anything Fool's Gold. Robyn Carr's Virgin River series...and Jill Shalvis Lucky Harbor series.
What about Tanya Ebys performance did you like?
She brings the characters to life. I enjoy reading the books a lot, but the narration makes the experience that much more enjoyable.
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
    YES
    Any additional comments?
    Buy the series!
this is my all. time favorite book!!
I love how Isabel has Ford's back and 'protects' him with his family. I can relate to so many things that happened. I absolutely love these couples!!
    Truly an enjoyable Read!
    Any additional comments?
I thought this was a great story. Anyone who has dated or been involved with someone who has been enlisted can relate to the story.

WOW! So good that I am upset volume 2 is not out..
I really like this book so so much... I was really upset at the end, b/c I just knew volume 2 wasn't out. I usually wait until at least 2 book in a series are out before I get it... But I took a chance and I loved this. Now I am left wanting more...
Rafe was HOT! Ari was so cute on how she tried to be all serious but completely gave in to Rafe. I liked Rafe's family too. His sister were a hoot! Great Great book... will leave you wanting more... Cliffhanger ending!!! BEWARE!!!
Great Credit or Buy... but you might want to wait until book 2 comes out b/c it will leave you craving more...
    Narration was great.
    Had potential
    Any additional comments?
It's a shame the narrator was not good as the story has potential. I did not like Saskia's portrayal of Rafe's voice at all. It grinded on my nerves the entire book. If another narrator is used for the next book i might continue with the series but i will give it a miss if Saskia is narrator.
Oh this series started off gooodd... :)
There was a contract, resistant, drama, stalking, oh and that cliffhanger had me raging and wanting so much more!! Audibles needs more MA books ASAP. This book already has me ready to "Surrender" my money for the rest of the series.

    Members Reviews:
    Fun story, careless lazy writing
While I enjoy the characters and story line of this series, I find it irritating how often she uses some of the same phrases over and over again and also that she rehashes parts of previous books in the series unnecessarily.
    Terrible narrator
What did you like best about Fatal Mistake? What did you like least?
    The narrator
What other book might you compare Fatal Mistake to and why?
    Any book that she narrates
How did the narrator detract from the book?
Horrible voice I loved felicity Munroe she was awesome and made the book jump right out in your mind
Was Fatal Mistake worth the listening time?
    Not with this narrator
    Any additional comments?
Why would they change narrators this series was awesome with ms Munroe but it was really hard to listen to with ms kaminsky she just is trying to hard or something. Really was waiting for this bk. to come out but really sorry it was so bad
    Another good story
Baseball. Politics. Police procedural. All my favorite things! I liked this book and the series is my new favorite. I'm binge listening. The story was good even though some of the political details may be a bit off. ("...looking forward to the next seven years" even though a Senator's term is six years. ) There was another error and I'm not sure if it was the narrator's mistake or the author's - someone being released on their own "reconnaissance" instead of "recognizance." Little things that bug me. And I love the baseball angle even though memories of Bill Buckner still haunt me.
I still think Nick is too good to be true. But he sure is nice. And their sex is getting a bit too over the top for me. I don't see a reason the author has to add this to an already good book.
And thank you for a narrator who portrays Agent Hill with a great accent.
    Power and moneu
I enjoyed the flow of the story. The way Ms Force tied each portion of the story together was scmooth anf interesting.I
    Sam is not Submissive
This is the 6th book in Marie Force's Fatal Series about "Sam" Samantha Holland, police lieutenant in Washing DC. In the first 5 books, Sam was a strong, fearless, gutsy woman who lives to catch killers. She gets shot, punched, blown-up, & knocked down, gets sown up and/or stabled and keeps working.
Sam meets and marries Nick, a Democratic senator who appreciates her determination, strength, intelligence and loyalty.

    Another good one in series
Beauty Queen the second book is just great. I loved Material Girl so purchased this book and I think it is even better. Loved Rebecca and Mat and how the story panned out.
I have purchased the next book but have not read that yet if it is as good as the first two it will be great.
    Well worth a read.
Meh Ok, not as good as the first book
This installment is about the live of the middle sister Rebecca Lear. Rebecca is former Ms. Texas 1990 and has been a doormat pretty much her whole life. Rebecca finds herself in a state of soul searching after her husband Bud Reynolds of 14 years leaves her for another woman. Rebecca who quit college to become a wife has never held a job before and finds herself in need of a backbone and job skills. Rebecca is approached by a friend of Bud, Tom Masters who seeks her help on his campaign for lieutenant governor, but she learning that he is really after her beauty queen status and her father's connections. The reason I gave the book an average rank is because it is a political setting and I really couldn't stand it, I got the sense the author was sneaking in her own political views, which is fine, her book she can do what she wants, but at the same time you might put a lot of readers off because of it. The second reason is that I couldn't relate that much to Rebecca and her issues, its hard to feel compassion for an ex-beauty queen that had everything handed to her. Just not a relatable character for me.
I would say get the book if its on sale, and save the credit for a better book.
    lved Beauty Queen
I really enjoyed that the heroine was not made out to be a super smart person disguised as a beauty queen. Even her success in politics was not made super special but believable. Had JL done otherwise, it would have ruined it for me. But this book made both the hero and heroine real with real issues and shortcomings. A very well written book and a definite must read.
    love
I really enjoyed this book. I found myself having a hard time trying to stop listening. it hag a good amount of drama and romance.
    Cute story
While I liked the narrator in the first story, she is now getting on my nerves.

    Vikki's Musings
I recently discovered this book through the Kindle Unlimited program and was able to purchase the audible for $1.99. I have loved The Gansett Island series by Marie Force, so I eagerly downloaded Everyone Loves a Hero. As usual with Ms. Forces books, I enjoyed another delightful read!
Cole Langston is considered a hero after saving a fellow pilot when the man had a heart attack. While standing in line to buy a package of Mentos, he steps in to defend the newsstand clerk at the airport and ends up on the wrong end a meaty fist and is thrown into a Washington Redskins display. After blacking out for several minutes, he opens his eyes and sees a striking young woman with long dark hair and big brown eyes hovering over him, the same individual he was defending.
Olivia Langston has not had it easy. At twenty-seven, she is working in a low-paying job while trying to finish her business degree, although, shes an artist at heart. Cole is the first person to see that in her. While she wants to trust in his love, she wary, especially since his celebrity status has women throwing themselves at him wherever they go.
Can Cole overcome her mistrust, or will the secret he keeps tear them apart forever?
I thoroughly enjoyed Everyone Loves a Hero. This is a character-driven story, showing how this couple can find true love amidst the chaos of their lives. The plot weaves in nicely, helping to showcase their character arches. The pacing is excellent and kept me engaged.
Olivias character pulled me in, and I became fully vested in her and liked her a great deal. Now at times, I did become a bit frustrated because of her mistrust and unwillingness to believe Cole is truly in love with her. However, I rooted for her thirst for independence. In this day and age, it is unusual for a young woman to still be living at home with her parents.
Cole is a great hero! I fell in love with him from the start. Although, he has a strong reason to avoid emotional attachments, since a woman from his past is obsessed with him and is constantly trying to interfere in his life. Yet, he immediately recognizes that he has fallen in love with Olivia. Of course, he has been involved with a lot of women and has to un-entangle himself from these many friends with benefits relationships. Normally I struggle with a male character who in essence has been a man-whore, his ability to know when he has found the right woman for him kept me from disliking that aspect of his personality.
Tanya Eby is a great narrator, and I enjoyed her performance a great deal.

    Entertaining
This is my first review but my promise is to do this more. I just want too say if you like fun, but thrilling paranormal books this is a must read. I also got to day the adult part between Dulcie avid Knight was pretty hot. Enjoyed the series and just uploaded no. 5. Enjoy!
    Running out of steam
This series is running out of steam. This one wasn't so good. I guess the storyline is hard to stretch or something. I think the narrator's okay, but the get up and go has got up and went.
    BEST BOOK SO FAR!!!
    Any additional comments?
OHmagosh! I just loved this installment in the Dulcie O'Neal series. It was smart and action packed with tons of intrigue and yet still keeping to each characters true voice. This one really takes the drama up a notch, so hold on for a Hell of a ride. :)
    Nothing Could Save Dulcie O'Neil
The only thing that saves this series is the excellent narration of Therese Plummer but even that became tedious.
I was enjoying the new, fresh and fun feel of the characters and the concept of a tough, gun toting fairy. Somewhere along the way the series lost its tongue in cheek humour,
The main character also lost her basic intelligence developing that tiresome attitude that "I'm the only one who can fix things. It's always me, me, me. Oh Dear - oops. Did I do that? Oh well, everyone will forgive me in the end because I'm so cute and lovable and I always try to be good". I felt she needed a really good slap and so did everyone else in the book.
Give me a strong, smart, real woman (even if she is a fairy) as a main character.
The ending was a big let down.
