Thoroughly enjoyed this book it was sweet, funny, romantic, and sexy without being trashy. Very well written.

It was alright. Good story but it lacked angst.

I like more passion, angst, and smut. I like stories that are more explicit with more build up.

Fun and Exciting!!!

This book is fun and exciting. Maybe because I like sports ;) It reminds me of true struggles so you can totally relate :) This Author is new to me but I will definitely not hesitate to find more of Barbies work.

corny but sweet

this book was so corny but sweet. it was just want i needed. i dont think it is worth a full credit but so worth it for a couple of bucks.

Irritating narrator matches unlikable characters.

I quit at Chapter 6 because I can't relate to the shallow, selfish two dimensional main character or her awful friend. I don't care what happens to her. And her boss, the only likable character, is set to have a crappy time until the end. Oh and note the author seems to think virginity is an "affliction" which should be gotten rid of as early as possible. The poor heroine didn't rid herself of hers until her prom night. I guess sexually abused kids are really lucky to become unafflicted so early. Disgusting.

Cute short extension to 1st book in series

Destiny's sister Karma & Nash (former head of Destin'y boyfriend/husbands old company) have a one night stand & then 6 months of sexting between the 2 of them. A cute BWWM story when Nash dares her to come visit him in New York. He uses "I dare you" to get her to do anything that she is uncomfortable with. After He takes her to th building where her parent's use to own a night club. An old family freind recognizes her & chats with her about her family & the talent of her mother. The old family friend gets her to sing & is impressed. Telling a music producer about her. Meanwhile Karma is falling for Nask & pushes him to reveal the plan for their relationship. Due to the fact he has had his heart broken from loved ones being taken away, he doesn't want anything serious. But, don't worryThings happen & there is a nice ending. Perhaps there will be a 3rd book. This short sweet story was nice. Yes it was worth the small purchase/credit.

The inflection and enunciation of the narrator was really bad to the point of being distracting. If I hadn't been so interested in the characters and their follow up to Chasing Destiny, I would have returned it.

Beautiful Christmas Story!

This story is combination of faith and romance set during the Christmas season that made for a wonderful read. I was caught up in Jill's story from the first pages. I enjoyed reading her story as she deals with realizing that it is o.k. to move on to a new relationship after losing her husband and then the ups and downs she faced when she thought she had found her second love and because of a series of misunderstandings has decided a second chance at love wasn't in her future. It is a beautiful story of second chances and discovering the happiness that comes when you find God's will in your life, and another one from this author that I very much recommend.

Great Holiday Read!

Christmas Romance: Love Again, written by T.K. Chapin, is a revamped/rewritten edition of Love Again a book that the author released originally November 2014. I did read the first edition of this book and found that this rewritten edition is greatly improved! Although the majority of the story is intact, the story has been enormously improvedâno doubt due to the authorâs growth in writing for the past year. Little âissuesâ with the first edition have been corrected and the storyline is very clean and extremely enjoyable.

My favorite character in this book was Jillian. Jill is a widow in her twenties. Her husband, Brad, died and now sheâs left to figure out life on her own. She hasnât been able to get past her grief of losing Brad and suddenly meets a guy that she finds very intriguingâbut can she really trust her feelings when she still grieves Brad yet is so lonely?! The range of emotions I felt reading through this book was from one end of the spectrum to the otherâ I loved the close knit family she has and found myself tearing up over a situationâother parts I was cheering Jill on to âget himâ and then dying laughing at other partsâTruly enjoyed this Christian Romance book!

Iâve read other books from Chapin, but this one is written in the third person and shows the diversity of the author. Many of the other books written by Chapin are written in first person, which I have thoroughly enjoyedâbut this book was very enjoyable to see variety of writing by this author!

This is a lovely Christmas story about Jill.

Devastated by the loss of a husband two years previous, she meets Jake.

There is an attraction with lots of misunderstanding.

The characters keep you engaged and you find God's love through out the story.

Enjoyable Story but a little far fetched!

This book was ok. Not bad but not anything that stands out. I think if there had been a little more build up in the beginning I would have enjoyed it more. I don't like insta-love because I just can't feel the love between the characters. Besides that I enjoyed the storyline and the sex for sure. I didn't love Elizabeth, she felt like a contradictions throughout the entire book. I think you can either be kind of innocent and reserved or you aren't, acting like you are 1 minute and then doing sexual things you've never done with a guy you know about 2 days just doesn't fit that personality. If we were talking about regular sex things yes, I can see that happening but somethings a shy reserved girl just doesn't do with some one she doesn't even know. But that is just my thoughts. I will be continuing on with the series because I think it has potential to be great.

The narration was awesome! I love these 2 narrators and they are the reason I bought this series to try.

Great performance

I really enjoyed Kai and Wen's performance in this book! They really, not only did a great job with the southern accents, but they also really performed the parts. I wasn't a Riker fan.

4.5 Stars for this fun and heartfelt romance!

I loved this second book in the Woodlands series! It was funny, heartfelt and engaging. Bo and Ann Marie both have history that they are not proud of. They meet in a college class and become lab partners. They are broken and flawed but feel safe with each other. They are also complete opposites that make each other stronger. I love Bo and AM so much. They were well developed, authentic and genuine. Their banter was hilarious along with some of the situations they found themselves in. Unfortunately other circumstances were heartbreaking but were addressed sensitively and candidly. I found the flow and progression of their relationship was well paced and believable. I also really enjoyed Stella Bloom, and Andrew Eiden's narration. They were really wonderful at setting the mood and allowing us to experience the fun and emotional angst of college life. The extended epilogue was also a huge favorite. I love this series and am excited to listen to the rest of the books!

Self-Centered girl turns sweet

Where does Kiss Me in Christmas rank among all the audiobooks youve listened to so far?

It is one of my top favorites and my favorite of this series.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Chloe O'Connor, she is really mean and self centered in the previous book and beginning of this book. You just want her to get knocked down a few pegs. Then throughout the book, you find yourself falling in love with Chloe O'Connor and understanding her. She is beautiful inside and out. Also love Ty and Ty and Chloe's relationship. She is his Diva.

Have you listened to any of Becket Royces other performances before? How does this one compare?

Beckett Royce is a great narrator. She has narrated this entire series and does a great job.

Any additional comments?

Really enjoyed this book, I like the other books in this series and a few books ago I thought that one was the best, but this book is the best and I just love Chloe :)

Kiss Me in Christmas is another engaging book written by Debbie Mason. It is the sixth book in the Christmas, Colorado series and I enjoyed it immensely. This story had everything I want in a good book - great secondary characters, lots of humor, and a relatively clean romance.

Kiss Me in Christmas centers around Chloe OConnor, who is a long time day time soap opera star who has just been killed off the show. With her head hanging low, Chloe visits her old hometown to attend her sister's engagement party. Almost immediately after arriving people start commenting on how she is trying to upstage her sister. Chloe goes as far as to hatch a scheme to split up her sister and her fiancé thinking she sister is not marrying her "one true love." While Chloe is known for being a drama queen and extremely high maintenance, beneath this persona, she is actually a very smart, observant, and caring person. The only person to see through her facade is Easton McBride, who liked Chloe in high school when she was a shy over weight nobody.

Youthful choices, broken hearts, going home, second chances, long-distance romance, and lots of lovin. This audible has it all. Zoe Yorks story and Rebecca Roberts voice tell the story of Kyle and Lanie. Its HOT!

Wonderful Story told by a Great Narrator

Lanie has never gotten over her ex, Kyle, to the point where she feels like she can't love again. Kyle finally realizes that it was his fault they broke up and not Lanie's like he thought for several years. So when Lanie comes back to town for the holidays, Kyle is determined to win her back. Lanie is determined for this to just be a fling.

What Once Was Perfect is an excellent story. It's short but is filled with so much that you literally feel like your heart was stomped on. Zoe York is an excellent writer. I loved the characters and the story.

I think Rebecca Roberts was the perfect person to narrate this story. Her voice just captivated me and made me want to continue listening. I thought she did an excellent job of capturing the tones that needed to be used and when.

A perfect reflection of a favourite story

I would highly recommend this audiobook, and of course the book itself!!! I love hearing my favourite story and characters come to life. Listening the narration reminded me of parts of the story that I had forgotten and I smiled so many times, loved having Layne and Kyle in my ear and "my head".

Layne, Evie, the children, so many characters became so vivid !

Which character as performed by Rebecca Roberts was your favorite?

Layne, she sounded the way I thought Layne would when I read the book

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

I read this book over 2 years ago so I had forgotten some of it but the narration and descriptions came across so vividly, including the scene when Layne first comes home and sees the farm and when she talks about the name of the farm versus her and her sister's name....that really moved me.

Any additional comments?

I would encourage people to buy this audiobook as well as all the books in the series.

I loved this story!! It was a very sweet & sexy story about 2nd chance romance. Great narrator, too!

I would consider the story about the same as the print version. An awesome book.

I am a sucker for reunion story! I loved how they both felt so comfortable when they first got back together.

What does Rebecca Roberts bring to the story that you wouldnt experience if you just read the book?

She does a good job of using her voice differently for the speaking parts.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

Zoe does such a good job of describing the feelings each character has as they see each other the first time, and for each "date". I love how both are blown away at just seeing each other.
