Sounds good to me

I'm a guy that's just getting started in real estate so I think this guide is a bit helpful. Honestly it didn't get five stars because it didn't get me at how to ensure a paycheck. But the advice was great as to what can be expected and what to do in the profession.

I really loved this book. Mario has helped me with my decision to move forward to get my real estate license. His honest advice helped me with some of the fears that were holding me back. I did not enjoy the reader. The book also focused more on not-for-profit than I was hoping for. In general it did not go into depth as much as I wanted it to go.

Great info!

Packed with great info, websites, dangers, etc. Things you may not have thought about. Covers various channels for revenue.

Painful to listen to.

Its like listening to a four hour sales pitch. Unbearable to listen and not want to punch the narrator. The content has not been very informative and basically reminds you every two minutes to know your applicable laws and regulations and not hold the authors liable. Dont waste your time.

Tells you Why, not How. Good book though

Like a street sign, it tells you where to go to build passive income, but does not go into great detail about how to build passive income. Most of the book is spent trying to convince you why passive income is a good thing. However the book was an easy listen and was pleasant to listen to.

Front End to Sell Other Author's Services

Motivational and better written than most in this genre. Author makes Un elievable claims about real estate business and rental properties. He does not account in the financial for the property managers he claims to use "and pay well." If he did he would lose money on each property, IMHO. Still, good motivation to get started.

Great read! Insightful!

This was a great book! I wish the author would have read it though. The narrator was kinda annoying and hard to listen to. It's like she was trying to sound sexy and that took away from the message of the book. I wish the author would have narrated! It creates more of a connection, which makes me remember the details of the book.

Assumes Female Audience

Despite the fact that this book is written with a primarily female audience in mind, the author does a decent job of capturing some of the struggles which all self-motivated creative types tend to encounter. As addressed in the book, many of these hurdles are not often talked about, or are simply pushed aside as signs of weakness. It's refreshing to see a concerned author, who has the "street cred" to discuss such issues, making an earnest attempt to get the dialog rolling and bring these taboos to the forefront of our collective consciousness. I felt like the narrator's performance was a little dry, and probably didn't effectively capture the author's personality, but overall, this audio book was well worth the investment of negligible time and money.

I absolutely recommend this book to those who consider themselves students of life! I say this because my journey to becoming an entreprenuer has been in existence since the 4th grade when I'd buy penny candies from the corner store and resell them to my friends at school. As a young adult I came across great information but not the right information, but over the years I have collected a lot of gems finally leading me to this book!
