Good Read

For someone like me who just decided one day, I need to make some passive income but have no idea where to start, this book was great. It gave me a lot of ideas on where to start and resources. Having the audiobook made it difficult to keep track of all the websites and resources so it would have been nice to have a hard copy or have access to a resource page somewhere instead of having to go back to listen and find them.

What's that noise?

Narrator makes annoying lip smacking noises between sentences and at one point completely messes up the end of a sentence,tuts and tries again,why was this not edited out? book was returned because of this lack of professionalism.

From what I managed to listen to the content seems sound and it's a shame I couldn't finish the book because of the narrator.

An excellent e-Book for freelancers and for everyone wants to launch an business on his/her own!

This particular book by IAN BALINA, RAVNEET KAUR, and ASWIN SATYANARAYANA is not your ordinary how-to-do guide for freelancers. It is more. Much more. Its intention is clear from the beginning: " Become Your Own Boss, Do What You Love, And Make Money Doing It" and the book describes the basic strategic steps to do that.

Lots of numbers

Lots of numerical data. Just kept waiting for more information on how to market to Gen Y and only got a few sentences. His focus was on trends to cash-in on Baby Boomers....seemed self-serving. Overall felt more defeated than ever about Gen X....talk about the short end of the stick....

Excellent for Newbies and Experienced Inventors

Would you listen to Sell Your Ideas With or Without a Patent again? Why?

Yes. While I am very experienced through the patent process with a patent issued, and several pending, the nuggets of knowledge presented make the case to come back and listen again. I found 80% of the information basic to the intellectual property and patent process; however, the true magic was in the 20% of lessons learned, practical ways to implement or develop a provisional patent application further, or to negotiate patents. The bookcamp service offered by Inventright to potential patent holders is worthy to look into.

No, but I found the presenter credible and easy to listen to. Until I wrote this review, I assumed the narrator was the author. Further testimony to Don Moffit's credibility.

Actually similar film already made in Flash of Genius, for inventor of the time delay wiper blade against Ford. This film would be How to Avoid Legal Battles with Ford, Lego and other big players"

Great read even if you are not an inventor. I am a big fan of The Great Courses, books on contract law and business best practices. This book is at the top of the list.

Worth a read

I am on the one month line of starting nursing school & attempting to sponge up any tips for this journey. I have heard many a suggestions to start study groups. This has never worked well for me in the past & I was stressed that it would hinder me in nursing school. It was a relief to finally hear someone say that study groups are a waste of my time & my success is not dependent on them. Then provide alterative ways to study that would be better used in my limited time. I have been practicing nclex questions this entire summer, & happy to hear that this is how you succeed in nursing school. Opposed to the many peers that told me I was wasting my time doing so.

I have added a few more things to do before school starts because of this book. As well as essential items to buy before school starts that will make a difference. I am also excited about the additional resources & planner mentioned in the book & will report back if they are useful!

Font too small for extended reading

Paper copy is not the same length as the audio version. Font (8 or 9 size) is very small. Actual book is small also. Not good for a study guide. Writing notes is out of the question. Not worth the money. Audio version is much better.
