What made the experience of listening to Why Leadership Sucks(tm), Volume 2 the most enjoyable?
I really enjoy reading self help books that answer the question: Why should you change in addition to explaining How you should change.
Any additional comments?
This book not only helped me to understand how to be a better leader, but also a better employee or servant. I really appreciated how Miles Anthony Smith tied servant leader to the service leadership of Jesus Christ. After reading devotionals or attending mass, I often wonder how to live more fully as a Christian, Leading by serving is a wonderful way--funny I never thought of it before!

Why Leadership Sucks, Volume 2 is FULL of great guidance to new and veteran leaders. Some of it articulated things I suspected already. Some challenged me to stretch, grow, and change.
