With all jargon clearly explained, this book will be an educational and entertaining listen for those who are yet to get started as well as a rich source of new ideas for more-experienced investors.

Excellent property audio book
Excellent book. Some really good case studies of UK based property investors at the top of their game. Plenty of great ideas, philosophies and insight. Very easy to follow and understand. I highly recommend this book
Mentoring through Mortar!
A wonderfully entertaining and insightful book about people who have made money through property. Very,very good. Loved it and there was so much in everyone's stories that it was like a biography with heaps of learning attached.
I liked the narration by the author and will be finding and listening to more of his books.

A wholesome read/listen that gave me some much needed time for reflection
I was engrossed in this book start to finish. It gave me a lot to think about, in the both the core aspects of my property portfolio and those bits that require fine tuning.
I would recommend this book to beginners that require a mindset shift and to build their 'property IQ'. Or the more experienced investors looking for reflection time and the opportunity to glean some golden nuggets.
Some may see 4hrs of audio as a lot but for me it was only a taster. I could have done 10 times that with content like this.
Down to earth
I have read a lot of property books. Probably Rob Dix is one of my favourites with its down to earth and no nonsense approach. This one is very interesting read to see big or small landlords take on the business
a great read and very inspiring
I've been learning from Rob and have all 3 of his books . there are a lot of property gurus out there but Rob is right up there with the best. this book takes youn throuh real life stories of investors and acts as a great window into their world . a must read.
