It is the beginning of an infatuation that will last a lifetime. He befriends her husband, an influential businessman, and their paths cross and re-cross over the years. Through financial upheaval, political turmoil, and countless affairs, Mme. Arnoux remains the constant, unattainable love of Moreau's life. Based on Flaubert's own youthful passion for an older woman, Sentimental Education blends love story, historical authenticity, and satire to create one of the greatest French novels of the nineteenth century.

Titre: Boule de suif / Le Horla

Auteur: Guy de Maupassant

Narrateur: Hervé Lacroix

Format: Abridged

Durée: 2 hrs and 18 mins

Langue: Français

Date de publication: 10-15-13

Éditeur: Compagnie du Savoir

Genres: Classics, European Literature

Great Find

I tried to get this book in English, but the versions here are either too monotone or I couldn't follow the poetic language. This version was awesome. I loved it.

Excelente version abreviada

abreviado

Audio libro muuuuy abreviado.

What do you think the narrator could have done better?

Any additional comments?
