Really good book for any serious investor..

Great book, full of wisdom. I can't find any fault with this book, and found myself completing my first deal while listening to it! There is tons of great information for anyone interested in learning about real estate investing....

Exactly what the title says it will be...

Fantastic narration. By far the best narration I have ever heard! Great practical tips that are easy to understand and get a grasp on. Very well laid out so it is easy to follow. May need to take notes sometimes as there are some formulas and ideas you will want to write down! I would love to (and need to) listen to it again. It has really helped get my husband on the same page as I am with my desire to own and rent homes.

Great book.

Great book for anyone looking towards becoming a real estate investor! The author is very descriptive and makes constant personal connections, all of which makes it even better. I would definitely recommend this book to any family members or friends who consider entering that field of work.

A good book for beginners.

For the uninitiated, getting to grips with the basics of investing was for me somewhat daunting and was a topic I felt I just did not have it in me. Clearly written with a lot of good advice for the beginner if he or she wishes to take it. A good starting place for personal financial management.

Great but short.

I recommend the readers of this book also read my bookProfit from bull, bear and sideway markets. Its main strategy is a simple but profitable trend following. It is price-based concentrating on price movements and ignoring fundamentals. It shows you âHOWâ with step-by-step instructions starting with simplest SMA-50 with no charting - a free site calculates it for you. Then it includes SMA-200 and optionally other technical indicators such as RSI(14), MACD, Bollinger Band and Double Tops. All are available free from the internet.

My other short-term strategies are strategy based on relative strengths, Sector Rotation and Momentum Investing, and they are also included in this book. Sector Rotation has 12 strategies from simple market timing, rotation of several sectors to top-down investing. Momentum strategies include contrarian, headline, earnings, short squeeze, year end, turnaroundâ

It has over 400 pages (6*9). Check out the extensive Table of Contents. All chapters are practical and useful. Hence it is harder to read and you need to try out some techniques discussed. It is written in 10/2017. It has been the updated with the current market events and today's available tools. It represents my many decades in investing and hundreds of books on trading. Simply put - You want to know more about cash value whole life insurance? and how it can benefit your family? then this is the book to buy. Great idea for investing

I found this book very interesting. Great idea for investing. I cant imagine that I can make more than 100k per year ? just sitting down and relaxing. This must be the best and easy idea for making money. I know at first it will be hard but if I will put my focus on this line, I think I will be one of the richest man. Wow this is really great guide book for property investing!

How I love, much good and not a lot of pages

The book is short but capacious. How I love, much good and not a lot of pages. A lot of practical advice and some of them I knew and they really work. And some will just start to try. The book will be useful as if you still do not have anything and those who have long been in investments.

There is always room for improvement in anything we do hence the 5 star rating. There were many grammar/punctuation errors throughout the book, but overall a great read. Now all I need to do is put what I read into action!

What disappointed you about Analysis of Andreas M. Antonopoulos's Mastering Bitcoin by Milkyway?

This is not the book "mastering bitcoin" by Andreas Antonopoulos, it is an "analysis" of that book. I thought I was buying the actual book itself.

The layout of the cover is intentionally misleading in my opinion.

Absolute rip off

The audible is so short (less than 10 mins total for 9 chapters). Absolute loot!!

Fantastic Guide for Value-Add Real Estate Investing

I read Brian Hennessey's previous book, The Due Diligence Handbook for Commercial Real Estate, and was delighted when he came out with a new handbook. Like his Due Diligence guide, the Value Add handbook was also excellent.

Nowadays there are a lot of passive real estate investors, but Brian is obviously someone that has had boots on the ground and a lot of experience dealing with tenants, leasing brokers, property managers, and landlords. The guide covers classic, down and dirty value-add real estate investing. So far it's the only book on commercial real estate that I've read that gets into such depth about property operations. Brian discusses topics such as reviewing leases, how to choose the right people to help you achieve success at your property, choosing the right tenants, and other essentials. He also has a chapter of the book titled "20 Lessons I Wish I Could Have Learned from the Start" which is crucial to the real estate business.

Just like in his Due Diligence book, Brian seems like he wants his readers to be informed so that they are equipped to manage their properties well. You can tell he is passionate about real estate education and the effort he puts into teaching is admirable. I recommend this book whether you're new to real estate or if you have experience. If you're new to the business, this guide goes through the ABCs on how to run a property successfully. If you're a veteran to real estate, this is an essential refresher that reiterates important points, but I'm sure you can also learn from it as well.
