This book over and over again says you have to buy the house at the right price but never gives examples of what would be wrong or right so it was not very helpful :(

By Far the Best Mobile Home Park Book Out There!

I have listened to all the podcast and all the books I can find on Mobile Home Parks. This is by far the best book. I also emailed Tony and he responded with in hours. He let me know he is starting a education business, can't wait to get going and possibly do a few deals together!

Rich Dad Poor Dad, this book allows people to realize what type of mindset they need to develop in order to create wealth through investments. I found that this book had very similar thought processes that I have developed through growing my investment mind. I would say that this is a must read for all investors new and seasoned.

He presented the book great and made it entertaining, even for an educational book.

Yes, definitely. This book conveys a TON of useful information. Yes sometimes the "story" is a little cheesy in the way it conveys the lessons, but the information is GOLD. I'm going from nothing to launching an investor business just with the information in this audiobook.

Cash Flow Quadrant from Robert Kiyosaki comes to mind.

What does Sean Pratt bring to the story that you wouldnt experience if you just read the book?

He was alright. Nothing to note really but that isn't necessarily a bad thing. I love listening to audiobooks as I have a decent commute and it's how I prefer to consume books these days.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

At first I was quite dismissive of the story style way the information was laid out. I also resisted the way the author was tying in quotes and lessons into every little thing. But bit by bit I started thinking of the lessons in my life more and more as circumstances came up. And the actionable information is really, REALLY helpful.

The information on building up a team and a system is the perfect way to build an investor business while keeping it simple enough to scale.

The best property book I have ever read

This is the best property book I have ever come accross. If you want to learn how to be a property developer in 2017/18, buy this book. You won't regret it!

Great book full of insights

I enjoyed this book immensely and cant wait to start putting the advice into practise.

Samuel is full of wisdom which is clear cut and babble free. The advice is succinct and applicable.

I would highly recommend this book if youre a beginner like myself looking to get started.

It's in the top 3, it's the book that I will keep on my mobile device and will listen to over again whenever I need a little boost because it's to the point, informational and not long and padded out. I would go as far as saying that this book was the one that finally made me just go and do it in the buy to let space.

What does Samuel Leeds bring to the story that you wouldnt experience if you had only read the book?

I really like listening to Samuel, he puts his enthusiasm and personality into the reading and it's at the right pace as well; so it's easy listening yet upbeat.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

Not one that I will single out, it's really all very inspirational and because Samuel is sharing his experience it's extremely educational. Although I must say that the part about the rejection by the clerics was particularly moving and certainly sparked a few conversations in my household!

Perfect Starter To Expert Guide

The author does a great job of explaining all the terminology you would run across. From start to finish, the wealth of information contained herein is easy to understand.

Awesome Guide For The Day Traders

This book is broken into quick segments that you can use to review as you begin trading on your own. He touches on the important topics like how to analyze specific stocks, how to know when to buy and when to sell, and covers the different types of trading available on the short-term markets.

Cleared and to the point

This book has taken all of the mystery out of day trading. The vocabulary is clear and concise- the ideas and patterns included help to ensure that even the most basic trader is prepared for any movement within the market.
