I was looking for a book that provided insight into CRE. This was extremely basic.

Complete waste of time.

Dislikes - no useful information, obvious recommendations like "you would benefit from trying to see a property for the most financial return", boring, not even to the level of basic.

Likes - it eventually ended.

Wish I had not purchased this one!

Very disappointed with the audio book. It should be titled commercial real estate for 1st graders. The narrator is terrible. He reads in a monotone voice and will not hold your attention. I would not recommend this audio book.

Not a good value based on lack of volume of content

Not a good value. Sooo thin, very little information. Think looking at it from the front it appears like a book. It is really akin to a pamphlet in content volume.

There isnt anything that is necessarily ground breaking in this book if you already have previous experience with probate. It is however an excellent collection of information on how to approach probate real estate all in one book. I think this is a must read for the newer investor in the probate niche.
