Returned this for Refund- bad info
In the first part of the book the author states that an entity (LLC, LLP, C-Corp) in one state does not give you asset protection if you do business in another state. This is not true. I even double checked with my attorney when I heard this in the book since it is so far out in left field. With an error like this in the book, I cannot trust anything else the author says so I returned the book.

What did you love best about The Tax and Legal Playbook?
This book is written in plan English and Mark Kohler's sometimes corny sense of humor makes what can be a very dry topic very readable. The format of the book allows it to be read cover to cover if you want the whole picture, ot just read the chapters on the topics that apply to you or your business.
What does Mark J. Kohler bring to the story that you wouldnt experience if you just read the book?
Make is able to present the material without losing you in the deep jargon of a CPA or Lawyer. This is rare in most authors on this subject. He also provides great real-life examples to illustrate the application of the topics.
