Most people don’t stay stuck because they want to…
They stay stuck because they don’t know how to move.
In this episode, we go deeper into what it really means to “get well”—and why so many of us feel like we can’t.
I share one of the hardest seasons of my life… when my marriage was falling apart, I was overwhelmed with shame, and I felt completely numb inside. I knew something had to change—but I didn’t know how.
And then we look at the story in John 5—the man who had been lying by the pool for 38 years, waiting for someone to help him.
Jesus asked him one question:
“Do you want to get well?”
But instead of saying yes…
he explained why he couldn’t.
Sound familiar?
In this episode, we talk about:
- why so many of us live in “I can’t” without realizing it
- how pain, shame, and control keep us stuck
- the ways we numb out instead of dealing with what’s really going on
- why grace—not striving—is the starting point for real change
If you’ve been feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or like you’ve been in the same place for way too long…
This episode will challenge you—but it will also give you hope.
You were never meant to live in defeat.
It might not be as far away as you think.
