The result is a very timely and relevant episode that can hopefully help all of us as we navigate this difficult time.

Whether you’re currently in testing season, just finished testing, or about start, it’s very easy to fall into the trap of feeling defined by a test score. In this episode Hope and Wade discuss things that truly define an educator (and it’s so much more than just a test score). We reached out to the Get Your Teach On community of educators to find out what you think define an educator, and we wanted to share some of those responses with you.
