In this episode we talk about why the saying "you can't teach a dog new trick(s)" is a lie.
Chronic illness comes with Chronic PAIN. In this episode we break down the curiosity it takes to understand your body.
People say that “health is wealth” all the time, but what does that REALLY mean?
In this episode, I’m sharing a very personal story that illustrates how I came to the conclusion that health truly is wealth. You’ll learn why I believe that health does NOT have to mean you’re riding a Peloton bike, eating salmon every day and living a posh, fancy life – instead, to me, REAL health means that no matter what happens in your life, you are still able to physically and mentally regulate and continue to show up for yourself.
I’ve realized that when you feel good, you feel wealthy (regardless of what’s in your bank account) – and that doesn’t mean you’re living an extravagant lifestyle. In fact, it can mean the exact opposite.
This episode is for you if you want to better understand how YOU can determine what your healthy, wealthy life looks and feels like, and how you can start taking steps toward that life NOW.
Even if you’re in a not-so-good situation, are in debt, or don’t have the job or relationship of your dreams, you have the choice to feel better. Start small, become elite at the basics, celebrate your wins, and learn what it means to walk with LOVE over FEAR.

In the second part of the Supplement Regimen, we're continuing our discussion of the companies/brands that own, distribute + sell supplements — you might be SHOCKED to learn who/what is *really* behind many of the popular supplements on the market.
I'm also sharing a personal story about a supplement company that asked me to represent them (and why I chose to say NO).
After this episode, you'll have a much clearer understanding of the sales + marketing tactics used to promote supplements — and you'll know why it seems like every influencer is taking (or at least advertising that they're taking) certain supplements.
