Maurice Philogene is a Senior Executive, Investor, Public Servant, Philanthropist, and Lifestyle Design & Financial Freedom Coach.  Maurice entered real estate at 23 and currently has over 300 acquisitions & dispositions, built a portfolio of 35 single family homes by age 30, owns apartment complexes and mobile home communities across 8 states, and sponsors aspiring investors.  He believes that real estate is not his life, “living really well is”.  Investing in real estate did not stop him from the other careers he loved.  Instead, he leveraged his experiences to make him a better person, help his community, and provide the income to invest for more passive income.  Maurice has a wonderful family with 2 kids and they have travelled to over 96 countries all over the world.
