In this episode I talk a little bit about breaking through the walls set up to keep you back whether they are from “people” or if we want to take responsibility we can say walls that we allow to keep us back. I talk about doing good and how that honors those who have gone before us and how that honors God. We should not be held back from doing good because other people try to tear us down. I am attempting to speak my mind and to put myself out there and to get over myself to be a better communicator and to put what God has put in me to give to the world and to not be insecure or think less of myself to be an example of a regular ordinary person who uses their pain to promote power the power that we all have inside of us regardless of whatever has happened to us or is happening to us. love people more!

In this episode we are listening to a Breast implant story with Melissa Swaim a dear friend of mine who has had some complications and illness from her implants, this is not an uncommon subject but it is a hard one to talk about. some people never have a single symptom and some people just don’t connect their symptoms to the implants. we are not doctors or have any professional training on implants this is a personal story and I hope we can help one person who may be going through this same thing. 🧡
