Ms. Arvinder Bharath didn’t know her potential as a leader until she had the opportunity to transform Barclay’s Bank and embraced it. Her Indian heritage helped her to seize the opportunity to create Non-Resident Indian banking.

Arvinder’s blend of experience, pursuit of knowledge and taking things as the came positioned her well to serve in her current role as head of Information Technology and Knowledge at the Central Bank of T&T.
